BAD experience! The hotel is a dump, dirty and falling apart, but it was the lowest price in Vallarta so we didn't expect more. The big problem is the rude, arrogant and argumentative owner who has given us problems since arrival, saying that if a person with a reservation arrives after 3pm on the day of check-in, he cancels the reservation. He wanted to give us a different room, we had to insist on getting the booked one, however free, however he actually canceled the reservation so it was not possible for us to accumulate the hotel stamps that were due to us. We contacted the site, which, since no receipt was obviously issued to us, interfaced directly with him, but probably to save himself the commission he denied our presence at the hotel. Really bad place, other guests were also regularly stealing food and drinks from the commonly used fridge. We regularly stay in extra cheap hotels, but this attitude of the owner leads that dive to fill up with disrespectful people and not low budget travellers.

I liked that it is very well located, the beach is very close on foot and there are many places around to eat.
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired and the fans do not fight the heat much.

Most horrible place I have ever stayed. No running water (e.g. every toilet was full of poop from the other guests) and no airconditioning. The “gym” consists of literally 1 dumbell. No curtains and the room wasn’t cleaned. There were hairs of the previous guests on our soap and on the bed. Worst part however is the rude host.
