Velas Vallarta Suite Resort All-Inclusive

Everything was amazing, We loved the food, all was really good, they gave us good service. The atención was one of the best things because they were always attentive . We loved the pools, the water was always very clean and they always brought you drinks or what you asked for. The room is incredibly clean every day. The bathrooms were always clean and always smelled very nice

Very close to the airport. Some rooms were not great, but the one we received next day was awesome. The overall environment in the resort is great. Just wish they upgrade the interior - door-handles wobbly, sink drainage had problems etc.

We had a fantastic stay at Velas Vallarta. We took advantage of the activities offered at the resort and they did not disappoint. Christian and Kevin went above and beyond, making every activity so much fun such as ping pong tournaments, water volleyball, water aerobics, and arts and crafts. We also loved the morning yoga. The yoga instructor is very knowledgeable, leading classes that are both fun and challenging. He inspired us to continue yoga now that we are back home! Our suite was beautiful with a large balcony and stunning view. It was very spacious and cleaned well every day. The fridge and snacks were restocked each day as well. The bed was very comfy and we never heard loud noises even though our room was right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, we did not get into the ocean as the red and purple flags were up during our entire stay. No one was swimming in the water and there was no lifeguard present, so we did not risk it. We did however enjoy the cabanas alongside the water. Also, the pools were massive and such a delight, the water was so nice and warm! We stayed in the pool hours at a time. The aqua bar is a fun place to grab a drink, and we took advantage of the poolside service for lunch most days. The burgers and floutas are delicious!! A recommendation would be higher quality beverages. For example, the orange juices/smoothies tasted more artificial opposed to being made with fresh fruit. However, we still enjoyed the fresa coladas, mango daiquiris, and micheladas! We had breakfast each day at Andrea. Breakfast was delicious each day, we ordered everything from French toast to chilaquiles. The staff is extremely kind and go above and beyond. The dinner menu rotates at Ribera and Andrea each night. We did not want to stray far into international cuisine during our stay so we did not have dinner at Andrea. Instead, we dined at Ribera each night which we actually preferred given that Ribera is beach side. It has such a beautiful ambiance with its setting and ocean sounds. Multiple nights there was live music and mariachi which we loved. All the performers are so talented! We were always able to find seating poolside, find a cabana beachside, and get a table at Ribera and Andrea. The Mexican fiesta was also a highlight. Amazing service, fun decor, massive buffet, and such a lively evening. Overall, we had an amazing 5 night stay and can’t wait to be back. Thank you Velas Vallarta and staff!
