Beautiful renovation of a train station ! The hotel is modern, slick and very stylish. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of cheeses and sausage (fouet) croissants and good breads. They even have gluten free options. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.

Somos de Alcorcón (Madrid), estuvimos del 25 al 28 de julio. Estuvo fenomenal, desde el spa al desayuno espectacular, las chicas de recepción y las camarera de piso muy atentas, se portaron muy bien, pasamos 3 día estupendos. Volveremos...

Debido a un ingreso hospitalario pedi un cambio de fechas de una reserva que estaba fuera de plazo. No pedia anularla, solamente cambiar las fechas hasta que mi pareja estuviera bien y pudieramos desplazarnos. La respuesta fue que NO, seguramente estaban en su derecho pero la respuesta fue muy poco empatica con la situación de un cliente que senzillament les pedia un cambio de fechas (de temporada alta a baja).

No esta mal para ser un 3 estrellas. Tiene cosas buenas como agua o fruta de cortesia. Es facil aparcar alrededor y llegar al centro andando son 5min. El desayuno es sencillo pero esta bien y las habitaciones son amplias. Pero las instalaciones se ven con bastante trote y el suelo no estaba limpio y algun toalla rota.

We already knew the hotel from having stayed there last year. Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Very abundant breakfast available from 7:30 in the morning, very convenient if you want to take advantage of the ski day.
