Nous avons appelé samedi matin pour avoir la même chambre pour samedi dimanche et dimanche à lundi sans change de chambre , une de vos collègue nous a dis pas de soucis.
Pour que quand on arrive à 20h votre collègue nous a sortir que hôtel étais complet. Alors que votre collègue se matin nous avais clairement dis que y avais aucun problème. A 20h le soir cherche un autre hôtel une vieille de pâque !!
Nous sommes venu dans la nuit de dimanche à lundi
Personne pour nous accueillir, une fois avoir appel l’autre hôtel en face il nous a expliqué on devrais avoir une wifi gratuite mais elle n’a jamais marché parceque fallais que j’aille voir la réception savoir si mes identifiants étais bien enregistrée
Sauf que la réception n’a jamais ouvert , n’y même de 17h a 21h week-end et jour férié.
Aucun info , faut se débrouille tout seul.
