The room was nice in a good location. However, you need transport as it is isolated. We rented a moped. Also, the breakfast wasn't good. Apart from that it is was a good stay.

Very nice hotel, everything is clean and professional. I used the spa facilities and had one of the best massage I’ve ever had. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Although the hotel is not big, it has everything it needs. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is clean, and the toilet is very large, where you can hang clothes. The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym, and a spa. After the workout, I experienced the spa. It cost about 300 yuan for 90 minutes for 2 people. The overall experience was very good. The technicians were good and the smell of the spa was very good.

Great location in the town center. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Rooms are big enough. Cleanliness is good (beach towels could be cleaner). Absolutely great and well-maintained complex with a medium-sized pool. Mega breakfast buffet by Asian standards! Small "gym" with a kettlebell machine, a treadmill and a few dumbbells. Staff are super professional and friendly. We'll be back!

The location is strategic, the hotel is also clean and comfortable. Very beautiful. The rooms are clean. The AC is also cold. The food is delicious. The staff are also friendly.

The environment of the hotel is also very good, and the breakfast is very rich. The price/performance ratio is very high. At that time, I booked the hotel thinking that I could surf when I went out, but in fact, I still need to take a boat to the other side to surf. The beach near the hotel is not suitable for surfing. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and even rented a motorcycle for us. We rode to the pink beach, which is a bit far away. If you plan to ride, you must take good sun protection, otherwise it will be easy to burn pigs!

Loved Sima. Everything was excellent and we had a great time. Spacious rooms and the location is I can't list everything good, but I'll go through the extra things which aren't obvious for future guests to know. - free 10 minute massage per guest was great. - restaurant is tasty and reasonably priced. - room desks have 3 pin UK sockets, 1 per room. Very useful! - on the main road, but rooms are set back, so peaceful. - the pool is lovely and the area round is very pretty and serene. - much more beautiful then the photos. - very friendly reception and helpful on WhatsApp. - again staff were lovely and helpful. All of them, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. To be critical, breakfast bakery items were all impossible to bite with lots of ants, but the eggs and lovely waffles were enough! Also, I did feel disappointed that the restaurant and spa was the same price for public as for guests. Hotel guests should get a discount in the restaurant at least. Overall 5* review with minor areas to improvd From someone who's been to Kuta, Ubud, Lombok, Perth, Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur and Koh Lipe in the past 3 months this was the best hotel we've had in that time!

Staff didn't order our 3.30am taxi for the airport as requested. Hotel reluctantly took us in their car after taxi didn't arrive and tried to charge more than I was told by front desk staff upon arrival at the airport.

This is great recently new hotel in Kuta. The location is perfect right in the middle of the bar and restaurant stretch. The room was so comfortable with great pillows and bed. All very clean and room cleaned daily if required. There's a water refill outside the lift on each floor, there's only 3 floors. The pool is big and great for cooling off or swimming. There's a pool bar too. Also a restaurant for your breakfast but also open all day for other meals. The best thing though about this hotel are the staff. I've never been more looked after in a hotel. A massive thank you to Henny, Hendri and Fisky. They looked after us from Henny ordering our omlettes on a morning the way we liked them, all of them bringing my bintang and playing my choice of music. They were friendly, always wanted a chat and to make sure you had everything you needed. Also Moesli would come out of the kitchen to make sure everting was OK,lovely man. The reception staff were lovely too, only name I remember was Baby. 5 stars to the staff of this hotel. Don't miss out.
