Descent experience. Rooms were clean but washroom was clogged. Dinner and breakfast was included in our stay. Limited options and was average. Kids play area was enjoyable. It’s located on the old mumbai pune highway and very close to lonavala city centre

The room was with poor furniture, spring mattresses and no fridge. Only staff is good and pool is good.

Its a new property by The fern..property is good. Rooms are good. We faced few maintenance issues like Ac leakage , litter inside the room, non functional exhaust fan, washroom door lock problems, stinky kettle kept for tea coffee making etc, inspite of all these still giving 3 stars is only because of the quick service and resolutions we got. Staff was courteous enough to make necessary rectifications. Food quality was decent. Good breakfast spread. Another problem is that They do not have king sized beds, they join 2 single beds and the mattresses are so lightweight that they keep on slipping . We had to really fix it ourselves with towels nd all. The walls of the rooms are not noise resistant. we can actually get to hear too much noise from the adjacent room, so u should be lucky to have a less noisy guests next to you. The entire staff including manager take good care of you. Impressed with the hospitality, they fixed everything after the complaints. However they must check all these aspects before handing over the room.

Hotel rooms are good. However food & service needs to be looked at. Breakfast was really not good. Property is nice but f&b and service takes away the charm.

was hesitant due to the mixed reviews, but my experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was elegant with a breathtaking view, and the staff were exemplary—efficient, courteous, and highly accommodating. The food was generally satisfactory; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety,though some dishes could benefit from enhanced seasoning. The dinner menu was extensive. I would certainly recommend and revisit this establishment. The clientele was respectable, making it a lively venue for an economical stay.

Our stay at this wonderful hotel in Lonavala was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, making us feel at home. The hotel is nestled in a serene location, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views of the hills – the perfect escape from city life. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered all the modern amenities. We especially appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the spaces, making it an ideal choice for a family vacation. The hotel also had a wide range of facilities that catered to both adults and kids. The kids loved the pool and play area, while we enjoyed relaxing at the in-house restaurant, which served delicious and diverse food options. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Whether it was helping us plan activities around Lonavala or suggesting nearby tourist spots, they made the entire experience hassle-free.

no welcome drinks served 😒 no door mats, no hair dryer, only 500ml water bottle, glasses was not cleaned, no tissues papers , room was smelly and mayters was horrible 😢 food was not that great 😢 😑
