Il bagno cieco è abbastanza normale negli hotel, ma una camera con finestra sul corridoio interno la trovo proprio sbagliata, tra l'altro le tende non coprivano bene e si vedeva dentro... Il buffet era poco curato, se andavi dopo mezz'ora dall'apertura, non trovavi quasi più niente, stoviglie e bicchieri compresi. Chiesto alle persone dello staff di reintegrare i cibi e ho ricevuto risposta negativa.

Complessivamente un buon albergo. Posizione ottima in quanto a due passi dalla piazza centrale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Colazione ben assortita e volendo organizzano anche loro tour sul lago titicaca. Le camere non sono niente male, ampie e il livello di pulizia è assolutamente buono.

Excellente localisation dans le centre de Puno. Très proche de la cathédrale. Chambre très agréable pour deux nuits avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. petit déjeuner moyen. Bonne literie.. accueil efficace et souriant. Chauffage dans la chambre très correct

Stayed here on three separate occasions and found the hotel staff very helpful, its close location to the Centro, good quality breakfast, bag storage facilities and double glazing to be an excellent value for money hotel. From this hotel in Puno went and stayed on floating islands, returned, then went to Copacabana, returned, then took transfer to Juliaca airport.

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti in questo hotel magnifico. Ristorante buonissimo e posizione eccellente. Ci hanno accolto in modo magnifico e ad una nostra difficoltà ci hanno saputo risolvere subito la situazione. Camere pulite, docce calde e stanza molto ampia.

Muy buen servicio, el personal amable y las habitaciones bastante confortables con una conexión estable de agua caliente. El desayuno excelente, en un bonito ambiente en el último piso. Recomiendo mucho la estadía. El área me pareció nada ruidoso así que el descanso estuvo muy bien.

I chose the Hotel Hacienda Puno Centro Historico based on the location in Puno and the price and it was a great little place to stay for three nights. The location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the main square. The room was fine with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom and the breakfast was ok too. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and given the location and price the hotel made for a good base.

Hotel al centro di Puno. Sottolineo l’estrema gentilezza ed efficienza del personale alla reception che in pochissimo tempo mi ha trovato un medico. Tutto molto pulito. Camera ampia e silenziosa. Buon Wi-Fi. Ristorante discreto posto al sesto piano. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
