Hôtel situé en plein centre de Puno à quelques minutes à pied de la grande place. Les déjeuners sont corrects avec tout ce qu'il faut pour débuter sa journée. Nous avions une chambre assez grande avec tous les accessoires nécessaires à nos besoins.

Clean hotel, located in the center of the city, near the main square, in the hall, you can help yourself to tea, herbal teas and even coca leaves which help fight altitude sickness. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are a little dated but spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort, the bathroom is also large with the shower positioned in the bathtub, there is also a safe in the room. The breakfast buffet is great by Peruvian standards. Excellent quality-price relation. I recommend this hotel to Italians visiting Puno and Lake Titicaca.

At first I find the attention terrible, we arrived at the room and we did not have control of the TV, I called the reception and they told me they were in the drawers, I told them no and they told me they would send it. They never did and I found the controller lying on the floor behind the fridge. Then, no plug can be used, the plugs do not fit, we arrived at night freezing and we wanted to turn on the heating and we couldn't plug in. I called reception and the answer was: IN THEORY THE PLUG DOES WORK, terrible response, I asked them to send someone and they came and couldn't do it either, they had to bring adapters. Lastly, terrible internet!!! My first day and already this whole bad experience. We'll see how we go the rest of the week. By the way, they never brought me in or asked if I had or found the TV control.

The hotel is located one block from the main square of Puno, its facilities are impeccable and comfortable for a peaceful stay and ideal for excursions, it also has no elevator service that allows easy access to the rooms. The staff is super friendly. 100% recommended

This is a lovely little boutique hotel that is less than a 100 meters from the Plaza de Armas and Cathedral. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. They provided a space heater for the chilly night. The Stagg was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with some selections of bread, fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, and of course coffee and tea selections. They offer coca tea too for those arriving at altitude.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel a few days apart. It is ideally located near the Puno parade ground. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The bedding was good. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Last little extra: an elevator, which is not often found in hotels seen in Peru
