Cet hôtel est bien situé, pas loin du port. Le personnel a été accueillant. Les chambres étaient ok et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas incroyable, assez peu de choix. Tout était assez simple, le confort était présent nous avons bien dormi.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Sehr freundliches Personal, ein schönes, großes Zimmer und ein geräumiges Bad warten auf den Gast. Ideal für Puno, da Hauptplatz um die Ecke ist und der Hafen in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet! Fazit: 2 Nächte die sich lohnten!

As my wife said, every other hotel the reception staff smiled & said hello but not at this establishment! The room was small with no fridge, a hotel crime in my estimation and lacked character. The chap in charge of the restaurant made Basil Fawlty look good! Cold coffee, broken toaster, limited choices, limit of one egg per person, the list goes on, but senor couldn't care less! The second morning they ran out of bread and dispatched a junior to the bakery for supplies. They had 4 stars on their wall, but I think a couple have shot off to the heavens! Look elsewhere I say.

Bellissimo hotel a pochi passi da Plaza de Armas. Camere molto spaziose e pulite. Bagno moderno e ampio, buona pressione dell'acqua calda. Ottima e varia la colazione a buffet. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Ci hanno tenuto anche le valigie durante il tour di 2giorni sul lago Titicaca. Consigliato!

Located easy walking distance to the main plaza, which also means things can get a bit noisy at times. The hotel has 5 or 6 floors, with two open stairwells and two small elevators. Rooms varied in furnishings - some are inside, some have opening windows/no AC/freestanding heater (as we saw in multiple hotels in Peru), some have AC; some rooms have wood-like flooring and others have carpet (which smelled, according to friends who had it). Our shower had a louvered window which opened to an internal column which was also accessible to the hallway. Noise travelled easily throughout all floors of the hotel, as well as the heat from a wood-burning fireplace on one side of the lower level. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

Great location and super comfortable room! it is worth it. breakfast is only served until 8am, which was a little early for me, but the experience as a whole went really well, the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The visit to Puno and Titicaca is worth it!!!

Hotel was i a good location, walkable to the main square with shops and eateries. In the midst of narrow streets of Puno puts the hotel in a very small tight location at a road junction. Hotel has 2 lifts and can be pretty cramp when there are many people in the lobby. Explore nearby thieves market (5-minutes away and 5-soles) by tuk tuk. WiFi is rather weak throughout the hotel and may have to toggle between the various hotel network. Even our own WiFi data had issues connecting at times as the hotel location is too congested. Room was of good size and comfortable but can be noisy when the lifts are in operation, even though our room was located away from it and when there are the frequent festivities going through the streets outside. Rooms were made up every day and cleaned thoroughly. Staff seldom smile, can be impatient and at times they do not understand when we ask them for something in English. Breakfast has a limited spread and can get crowded. And yes if you want breakfast eggs do order from the egg station.
