The amazingly long pool and the convenience of the ****** being located in this portion of the Majestic franchise was a bonus. The only hiccup was the lack of proper ventilation/fans right st the lobby as you check in. My father almost had a heat stroke just waiting in line. The staff were quick to provide us the VIP waiting room with AC for the meantime. For such a well equipper facility, they totally missed an opportunity by having fans at the main entry way. First impression counts and the intense humid and heat at the lobby was our first interaction with the facility. The food was average but the rest of the facility and staff went above and beyond. A special thank you to Thomas our server by the restaurant a the beach. My entire family’s experience was just beyond what they expected specially with him being such a caring, personable, and a total hype man for every one of my family members!

Loved the food and the staff. The resort is gorgeous besides the rooms. Rooms are very outdated. Only issue i had with service was the housekeeping and maintence. Our room flooded 4 times during our stay. Seemed to be from the shower. Maintenance did not care to solve the issue although they were notified multiple times. Also very difficult to get towels or cleaning service in room. Other than that, beautiful resort, great food, lots of activities and great staff.

I loved the entire ambiance of the place, it was such a calm and delightful environment. Everything down to the color scheme made it all remarkably peaceful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was good. The beach was such a great place to relax and I will be coming back
