Very good hotel........every staff behaving veri good.......housekeeping very cleaning.....food quality very good....front office ms Mamata and Balaram very helpful...they help me at check out time...............................

Rooms were not clean, there was hole in the bed-sheet, AC was not working in both the room, I had a terrible experience in pride Ananya.

The waiters are very rude and the food price is very high compared to the quantity and the lunch/dinner buffet doesn’t have many options

Rooms were quite primitive needed upgradation and lacked feel of cleanliness though were clean. The vestibules gave a damp smell. Mine was with breakfast booking, the check out being at 8. 0 am. Since check in was at 9. 0 am i availed breakfast which was far below expectations, they did charge for it, well wholly not the stay i would prefer to be back

The housekeeping department should be checking the room before allotting to the guest for any discrepancies defects.

The hotel staff are very polite and professionalism shows their work. The room was good but ac was not working properly. I believe it was for the specific room. Everytime you have to call and their technician fixed it. Need to consider the restaurant charges. Little expensive. Apart from that everything is good.
