I stayed there for 6 days. It was a horrible experience. They take 50% advance while online booking. Unless you have stayed there earlier, you have to trust hotel pictures posted on web site, as we generally do. Now while check-in they will ask for balance 50% payment, means full payment. If you disagree, no problem. They will accept. But after check-in if you feel the rooms or service is much below than your expectations, you can not check-out early. Means you have to pay full payment, regardless you stay full pre-booked days or not. Now, let's come to the room conditions. No maintenance is there. Condition and cleanliness of room is very poor. You may be given just used wet towel of earlier occupant. House keeping is not done regularly. Empty water bottles and plates with food wastes can be seen in Corridors hours after hours. The rooms committed during advance payment may not be actually alloted to you. You shall pay higher tariff for sea facing room and you may be given side sea facing room. No Network inside room, be it your phone's network or hotel's wi-fi network. TV is there. But practically no channel is available to watch other than free channels. You are practically trapped if you do advance payment, which is mandatory here. So friends, unless you have no option, please don't stay in this hotel.
