Right from the service we got at the reception by Mr Harsh to the warm and friendly service by Mr Ashok, Ms. Bindu from their F&B department, we loved the whole experience of staying here. The hotel is located close to the clean Puri beach and the rooms overlook the beach.

Saujanya and Pallavi were amazing, great hospitality and it was so warm and welcoming. The good Was good and ambience was amazing, located in a beautiful beach side had a great private beach as well. Next time you go u must visit. Happy Dining

Rooms are overpriced compared to amenities provided. The buffet breakfast menu is the same on both days. Room and corridor cleanliness not at par with 5 star hotel and needs to be improved

The arrangements were too too good. I had to celebrate my son’s 4th bday and Mr. Manoranjan Ji arranged it in a very very good way. He erected a gazebo in the lawn with lights, fans and candle lights. It was an awesome experience all together. Thanks a lot to Manoranjan ji and Ajay ji for all this. It was a memorable bday we will cherish forever.

Came here for my daughter’s b’day. Property is amazing, Spa is just wow, and hospitality is to the next level. Namita, Saujanaya helped us to celebrate kiddos B’day out of surprise. Smile with each one of them gives us the warmth. Happy Staying!

Lovely stay at the heritage hotel with beautiful people and souls🥰I will truely recommend stay here as its near mother nature and beautiful sound of waves take u away. Namita and the team really helped us in every way they could as a guest we felt like home away from home.

The private beach was a great experience; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the breakfast spread was very impressive and generally everything tasted well. An opportunity for the team would be the food available at their 2-states restaurant. We did not enjoy the one lunch meal that we had there. Other than that everything was awesome.

The. Chefs chinmoyee chef bibhuti the servers Ashok Bindu Sandesh lilima Sanjana Bindu Gopinath in heritage restaurant server CD. Jehangir and Rajnath ( some name )and Raju life guard they were All excellent in their respective fields such enthusiasm and warm in their service towards each and every aspect of our comfort they r really good for your hotel please do appreciate them for their very selfless service

If you are travelling with kids , then just opt for this , each and every staff makes things so easy and supportive for you . We were having our good time and kids were having there good time , and it became possible due to all the staff support and they made us feel so special
