Last minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure. The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests. Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance. It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

My experience was great, although you have to know where it is. Breakfast costs €18, we thought it was too much for what it offered. Otherwise, the experience was magnificent

After staying for a week, it feels quite convenient. Fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a problem with the water coming out of the shower head. It is not convenient to take a shower during the stay. I have been washing with the shower head, which is a little disappointing. There are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat. It is very close to the subway station, so it is very convenient to go into the city. Overall is OK.

First time in the heart of Paris, I needed a room close to the Arena defense. I am not disappointed in just 5 minutes we are there. My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

Very good location, close to the new Arc de Triomphe, is the CBD center. The attitude of the service staff is particularly good. The rooms are spacious and bright, the balcony is comfortable and the facilities are new. Next time I go to France, I will book this hotel!

We had the best time at Mama Shelter La Defense. The hotel staff were all really friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was SO comfortable. We went to the penthouse a couple times for drinks and the diner once for breakfast and everything was really delicious. The diner breakfast option was really good value. We also found the location, while further out, is really well connected and you’re in central Paris in no time. We will no doubt come back to this hotel again as we regularly visit Paris and this was a perfect experience.

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, we picked up bed punishes on the body, big buttons appeared. We had not reported the problem during the stay because we didn't know what was happening. We thought it was only itching, spider pips and ephemeral buttons but not. Once we returned home, we were directly at the doctor who confirmed that they are beautiful and well-buttoned because of bed punishment. Very cute, small hotel close to the metro. Reasonably priced even for the Rugby World Cup. Room and bathroom small but spotless. Bed very comfortable. My only fault was the small shower. Rugby playing family had a tight squeeze but the water force was strong. Breakfast was continental and very nice and fresh. Lovely staff and the big bonus was parking around the corner for €13 a day which is a major plus. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend. Incidentally there’s a lovely French restaurant down the road…very authentic and great food and staff called Brasserie Le Flore. Again very reasonably priced.
