This is home away from home for my family ...the rooms are clean the staff are very helpful and friendly there always there to help with anything you may need during ur stay and the price is very reasonable and it's very family friendly the only thing is the breakfast could be better some hit breakfast would be nice

I had to pay twice because I booked through trip.com and accidentally booked the wrong night. The representative spoke with the hotel manager who then gave permission to cancel the reservation. After days dealing with the trip.com representative, I came to the conclusion that I was never going to get a refund. What a rip off. I will never us that app again.

I stayed here looking to move to the area. Hotel was conveniently located, I didn't eat breakfast there, but it was your normal continental breakfast. The updates were just new paint and some new decor, but the walls were pretty dinged up. The beds would be my only complaint. They were extremely firm. I had a tough time sleeping. Overall for the value it was a good hotel.

I had a house fire and needed a place to stay in a hurry that would accept pets. I Understand this is a budget hotel but it was horrible. The pool was green, the grass was not cut, the sink did not drain and had standing water my entire 5 day stay. The curtains were held up by a hanger. The floor made my feet black, the bed was miserable. The room size was good, the minifridge was co cold it froze everything I put in there. I did not want housekeeping in the room due to the pets. The linen room was open so I brought in my dirty linens and took clean ones since the housekeeper was not around and I had to leave for the day. 10 minutes later 2 women were very aggressive and banging on my door threatening to put me out for going into the linen room. I get I broke a rule, but clearly on camera I was not stealing. She did not identify herself and was very rude. No customer service skills at all. I left to go to a better class hotel that day. They lost 6-7 months revenue while the house is being rebuilt.
