I had an incredible stay at this hotel . From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was eager to help and always had a smile on their face, making the whole experience so warm and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the bed was extremely comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The pool area was a great place to relax and unwind. I spent a lot of time lounging there, and it was just what I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding my expectations. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, great service, or delicious food, this place has it all!

Wonderful Service in villa,we stay in villa it was very comfortable room,the butler Tharaka ,sriyantha give us to wonderful service,this two champs on they subject.food was amazing and tasty,we will come back with my friends.we feel like our home Thank you all make our stay memorable,my kids want to be here very soon.

We visited the Spa for the Wattura signature massage! Wow, I had the most incredible experience! Thank you to Prasadia who was my therapist. Highly recommend using the spa facilities. The essential oils used really make you drift off to paradise.

What a beautiful setting in which to spend some R and R time at the end of my visit to Sri Lanka. And in the most wonderful, spacious accommodation. As I arrived and was shown my accommodation I couldn’t believe where I was staying. It transpired I’d received an upgrade as I was staying 3 nights and also celebrating a big birthday. The sea view duplex was superb, stylish and spacious, my very comfortable home from home. The happy birthday greeting created by housekeeping and as a lovely touch. All staff were so kind and helpful, the shoulder massage excellent and not expensive. Special mention must go to butlers Praveen and Sanjeewa who helped me negotiate the menu to accommodate my dietary needs and also rescue my phone from the plunge pool!

A special shoutout to our butler, Praveen, whose exceptional service truly elevated our experience. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall experience at the establishment was positive, highlighted by friendly staff and delicious food options. From the moment we entered, the staff’s welcoming attitude and attentiveness made us feel valued. The restaurant had a set menu. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our visit. One of the primary disappointments was that the kids’ area was unexpectedly closed. This was a significant letdown, especially since we were not informed about it beforehand. Having young children with us, we specifically chose this place for its advertised family-friendly amenities. While the management did acknowledge this oversight by offering a 5% discount, it would have been preferable to be informed about such changes in advance. Additionally, the swimming pool, which was another anticipated attraction, did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness. It appeared to have been neglected, which made us hesitant to use it. Despite these issues, the rest of the experience was satisfactory, and the management’s efforts to compensate for the inconvenience were appreciated. With improved maintenance and better communication, this place has the potential to provide a truly enjoyable experience.

Our stay at Wattura Resort & Spa was truly an experience to remember! My friends and I booked two luxurious suites with breathtaking views of the serene Gin Oya River. The rooms were beautifully designed, offering all the comfort and elegance you could ask for. The food was absolutely delicious, blending local and international flavors perfectly. We enjoyed a delightful beach dinner accompanied by a warm bonfire, creating a perfect atmosphere. We also loved kayaking along the peaceful river—an adventure we’ll never forget. We’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway!

We went with family to wathura resort in april for two days. It was a good experience and the room was really good and it had all facilities including a plunge pool and butler at your service .spa experience was so great ..food was really good and the presantaion was cool. My little daughter enjoyd the entire two days at the plunge pool .i would recommend the water park for the ones who are planning to have a holiday with the kids..

There are very delicious & tasty foods. Also the Tharaka who was supplied best service for us that last evening to enjoy our day. We could arrange the table in near to beach. Thanks for him. There was very beautiful place to enjoy our wonderful days.
