Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Gangwon Pyeongchang

It was very clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, you can have a good rest in this hotel

It's a resort where I go on vacation with my family every summer. There are water activities nearby, many valleys, and auxiliary facilities, so it's a really great resort to enjoy with your family. It's a great place for kids to play, and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel blankets and pillows were so dusty and filthy that my child got bronchitis after sleeping for 3 days, so I booked a 4-night stay, but I gave up for one day and went to the hospital and came back home. The carpets were also very dirty, and the staff was very responsive. There were flies, but I called the front desk and they immediately sent me to Epquila, which resolved the issue. On the third night, my child coughed and had a fever, so I asked for some fever reducer like Tylenol, but they said they didn't have any. I understand that medicine needs to be prescribed by a qualified person, but my child had a high fever, and it was really hard to be in the mountains at night.

Because it was a holiday and they were tired from serving many guests, the staff's response was below expectations. When I made a request, the reservation office said they would leave a request at the front desk, but the front desk said there was a mistake at the reservation office, so it felt like they were passing the buck. I went with a child, and the cleanliness was so bad that I don't want to come back.

I had a comfortable stay thanks to the friendly staff.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I travel to Gangwon-do. I am very satisfied with the location, facilities, and service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Gangwon-do.
