I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

The review is based on our stay here . We travel a lot and I work in a travel agency so we can compare with different resorts. If I compare the price paid with the services, we are more than pleased. They still have a few things to improve but for sure one at a time they will. The personal is great, they speak english and you can understand, more than others . They are always there to help, asking if you enjoy the stay , 10+ for this. The food is very good , always you can find food for you and kids. What I personally found as a minus : on the right side of complex , near the pool with sea water , the area is dirty , most of the days. We stayed on the left side where they cleaned daily. There is also some closed and empty spaces / restaurant, for sure if they clean up and redo the area it is great. ( probably the lack of tourists affected this ) . Also the toilets from lobby and outside areas where not cleaned properly, most of the days outside the sink was filled with poop from kids- this is the issue of some rude customers but this is also how diseases are spread . The rooms: bed is very comfortable, pillows are very good , the room is mostly clean , I say mostly because the shower needs to be replaced, it is old and has mold. Also we requested an extra bed and when we moved the beds it was a lot of dust . The rooms have some doors between, when they are opened they also are very dusty. Also not a problem for me but if I would have clients with allergies, for sure it will be a problem . Per total our stay was great. Also hope this review is not taken as a criticism, but as a place to improve.

Highly recommended for families, couples and single travellers. A good location with access to it's own beach area and a short walk to SOHO square for shops and restaurants, there is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel in the evening. There is a good selection in the all inclusive restaurant, no need to venture further for food unless you wish to. The bar staff were very friendly in both the lobby and pool area, creating a very friendly and kind atmosphere. To summarise I had a fantastic two weeks as a solo traveller and would go again in a heart beat. Finally I would like to that to unsung heroes. Bager on the security gate, what a lovely and helpful person, if you are getting a taxi outside the hotel, get some tips from him. The second was the house keeper looking after my room. Ramadan Alsawy, what a genuinely lovely person. He always wore a smile, liked to greet and chat every time I saw him and went to every effort to make sure my room was clean. He was a star and deserves recognition for how important he was in helping to make my stay as nice as it was.

It was a very satisfying trip. The hotel environment is very beautiful and meets the basic holiday needs. The room is large. There are several swimming pools in the hotel, suitable for people of different ages, including shallow children's pools, quiet adult pools and mixed pools. There is a water bar in the middle of the pool, which can replenish water appropriately. There are many kinds of food in the restaurant, and you can definitely eat and drink enough. There is also a bar in the lobby. The menu has two types of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, about 10 kinds of each. You can take a car to the beach every 20 minutes or walk for about 15 minutes. There are small fish swimming around at the end of the beach, which are colorful and not afraid of people. You can snorkel and dive after walking across the floating bridge. There is also a bar on the beach, which can provide drinks. There are also simple meals such as hamburgers and hot dogs at noon. The above food is included in the room rate, which is much more cost-effective than Sanya. It is worth going again and again.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.

The hotel environment is very good. The hardware facilities are relatively new among the hotels in Sharm. The service is also good and enthusiastic. What's more, the food is more suitable for Chinese stomachs. The only drawback is that the waves on this beach are relatively strong, so it is not very suitable for snorkeling.
