Wonderful hotel! it was one of the best vacations I've ever had. Large and tasty selection in the restaurant + great service. You will always see the most breath-taking views here. Clear water with lots of colorful fish and a beautiful coral reef. Wi-Fi works everywhere, even on the beach. The biggest highlight of this hotel was animation. Fun activities from morning streching to the evening show. Never skipped a single activity with animation. You will never be bored here. The animators are very caring and always checks up on you - especially Shiko. He will never leave you out and his warmth with the best sense of humor will always make your day ! Best wishes to the animation team (Shiko, Saio, Anna) Saying goodbye to them was the most difficult part :(( I would definitely stay there for much longer. This vacation will be one of the most colorful core momories ❤️

From the minute I arrived I was treated with 5 star customer service at this hotel. A lovely young lady in customer relations called Sabrina was relentless at making us feel welcome and super confident in what to expect from the resort. We were informed of all the facilities available and was given so much information feom her. I ended up literally going to her everyday I was there to to ask a question ( or 2) She was so warm and kind and no question or request was too much for her. It was so nice to have someone that was so genuine, informative, professional and lovely at the same time. I felt we could rely on her. to ensure we had the best holiday possible. The hotel was lovely and the food and entertainment was fantastic too. But tbh what really made my time so special and comfortable was the service and customer care received the staff but especially from Sabrina. She went over and beyond a true asset to any hotel and resort. Best hotel and holiday ever!!

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team. I also thank them. Of course, everything is not perfect, but I think it is the best hotel you can go to with your family. Thank you Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

As we first entered the resort entrance, we were treated very well and we were taken to our rooms and had assistance with our bags which made the experience much more better, as were were only in the first day!! As the days went by, were made a lovely friendship with ismsal which was super attentive, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay including any transfers and any other trips we made to and from the hotel! In this resort, all most including ismsal were very uk friendly, everywhere we went they all greeted us very well with a lovely smile and a wave, throughout the hotel was very clean and our beds were made everyday, bottled water was always refilled as you cannot drink the tap water here in Egypt. Some members of staff weren’t as attentive as others, the food is average however it is somewhat edible, we did have an issue with our friend who had an injury on the waterslides and the doctors weren’t as helpful as what they could’ve been, however we managed to get it all sorted and prioritised our friend as soon as they heard about our injury Overall on our last day ismsal really did make our experience so much more better with a free cheeky taxi to McDonald’s and he was really the highlight of our holiday, THANK YOU ISMSAL!

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

The food was good, the room was clean, there were different activities in the evening, the staff was attentive, I recommend it.

Excellent holiday as for years now, the structure is fabulous, the director Magdy a very kind person, is always available !! This year there is also Valtur in the structure with an Italian chef! A show !!

We have been going to this hotel for 12 years, but this time we feel it is to be no more. There is an infestation of moths up every corridor also i have hardly ever been bit by mosquitos in my life but this holiday i was bit all over my legs and the wife was also. In the past they used to treat these with a smoke machine but not now. Talking about cost cutting there is no longer snacks on a lunch time in the beach bar, they also still use very small plastic glasses so you spend all night going back and forth to bar. The pool bar serves fries and buns only at lunch time for about 45 minutes then they are gone. We had room 1133 it was in bad shape and inside the wardrobe stunk making clothes smell and the room needs gutting, safe was dodgy still open when it should be shut. i could go on but it is curtains will never return. Go at your own peril. Deffinately not 5 star, no chance.
