This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, lunch and dinner are delicious, the room is clean, the only thing missing is a beach on the premises.

Hotel is clean , staff are ok, food is not bad (not very good either) and the parties on the roof top are fun.
Hotel asks Egyptian residents to pay an additional fees on
arrival which was kind of bargain and unacceptable

Lovely and clean hotel, lovely staff, mature customers. Amazing spa experience that doesn't break the bank! Lovely architecture, room outdated but good size. Manager upgraded me. Nice restaurants, lovely food, Mahmoud Mansour amd Mahmoud Ali created such a lovely atmosphere for me, being solo on this trip. Nice reef by Palma public beach, turn right and keep going! Lol would come back! Thank you everyone for making it wonderful!

I had a wonderful 2 week experience at ll Mercato and will definitely be back, we were looked after tremendously well. Especially Mahmoud who works at the bar was very helpful and he has got some good humour 😂. Also animation great and provided us with some great entertainment throughout our stay thanks again to everyone at ll Mercato and we’ll see you soon

This hotel was absolutely beautiful hotel, has great service and the staff was amazing always helpful friendly and smiley .I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to come to Sharm El Sheikh. The entertainment was also very good and very entertaining. The hotel taxi service was excellent and quick and safe made it soo much easier travelling We had a lovely driver AbdulRahman he was very helpful. Pools at the hotel were really nice Ther was a a bus going to the beach every hour which was perfect x

The best resort ive been to the entertainment and the crew was amazing the staff was so lovely and caring and made sure we was comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious and it was just overall a fun and missable experience and will definitely come again as we have made great bonds with the staff there

Great hotel, excellent service, all staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I could complain it's a quality of bath and smell from the toilet, but obviously we were going to the room just to take a shower and go sleep, all day mostly out of the hotel.
