The hotel is not worth its stars. The service is simply no good, when we asked to provide water for the child, the answer was, for an additional fee. Food, cleanliness, everything is 2 stars maximum

Otelin konumu çok iyi, temiz ve tesis içinde çok fazla olanak var. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, ilgili ve saygılılar. Yemekleri çok güzel. Alaa ve Hossein’e ilgileri için çok teşekkürler. Bir sonra ki Sharm El Sheikh tatilinde kesinlikle kalacağımız yer.

Lovely resort with plenty of space and spotless large rooms. Staff made our holiday they were all great. Special thanks to Tomas who kept us topped up with wine, Iman the manager who really made us feel special and Yhnes who kept our beers coming. Only downside was 90% russian occupancy and Russian centric music and entertainment. The hotel needs updating in certain areas but we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Отель неплохой, но вот персонал….у нас есть, с чем сравнивать. Анимации не было от слова вообще, мы отдыхали с ребенком, я попросила шарик для пинг понга, сказали, что его выдают аниматоры строго с 15 до 16, которых нужно еще поискать….персонал ресепшен-отдельный разговор. В день приезда заселили немного раньше за 30 долларов, в день отьезда за 10 мин до сдачи номера уже звонили, чтоб скорей освобождали номер. Браслеты срезали тут же…Сидели на ресепшен с 12 до 21 вечера…Еда средняя, в номерах убирают хорошо. Но номера безумно старые, плитка на полу треснутая, ванная облущивается. Сюда точно больше не поедем. Ветра на море жуткие, сидели на пляже в одежде и полотенце. Есть намного лучше отели такой же категории.

Посетили данный отель на новый год 2024-2025г. Хуже сервиса и отношения персонала, и представить не возможно! Номерной фонд убит, от слова совсем, обшарпанные двери, обшарпанная и потрескавшаяся мебель в номере, оборванные занавески! Электр.ключ перепрограммировали в день раз пять! Реакция персонала на обращения, абсолютно никакая (вяло и неохотно, очень не спеша, типа что-то предпринимают)! Бассейны холодные, без подогрева. Записаться в рестораны а-ля карт, тот ещё квест, постоянно отфутболивают и переносят на завтра. В ресторане салфеток бумажных на столах нет, по просьбе выдают поштучно!!!!Отель позиционирует себя как 4*, но это ни в какие рамки не укладывается, максимум 2*. Не тратьте своё время, деньги и нервы, это того вообще не стоит. К слову сказать, в Египте (в Шарме) мы уже бывали, но такая дичь в первые! Ради объективности могу сказать по поводу питания в ресторане, оно однообразное, но вполне нормальное, это единственное, что можно положительно отметить!
