Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Food is average but it always seems to be at most AI hotels but can ways find something to eat. House reef is great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see. A small tip goes a long way with the staff who work long hours.

Super rubbish. First of all, they overbooked the rooms and sent us to other hotels without our consent. Secondly, the hotel staff discriminated against Asian faces and gave priority to white people to check in, which resulted in us not being able to check in after half an hour of searching. The room was terrible (we were sent to their Anforas Beach Hotel). The Chinese were arranged with old rooms (the Chinese we met in the hotel and on Xiaohongshu had the same experience as us). The air conditioners were broken, and the showers were broken. Ctrip customer service could not change or upgrade the room after multiple communications (paid upgrade). The hotel front desk and manager refused to communicate, especially the front desk had a bad attitude, rolled their eyes and were impatient many times. The phone was not answered and the email was not replied. Check-out also took more than 40 minutes. The room condition was not good, but the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I had a nice all-inclusive vacation at a reasonable price. It was great. I also liked the performances every evening.

Terrible service, room with air conditioning not working, despite constant requests for intervention or room change the situation remained the same for 5 days. A place to absolutely avoid!

Me and my friend was there 10 days. Everything it was ok, the hotel was clean. They are was friendly, and helpful. Food was delicious and varied. I forget my ring at the room. They are found it after we check out, and they write to me and they gave it to the Hungarian couple staying at the hotel, who delivered it to me. Thanks!

We had a lovely time ... We went with family and friends . Rooms have old furniture but clean. Staff are very polite and very helpful , always going the extra mile . Food is average with a few exceptions They are really good with the Egyptian cusine ... and special thanks to Ashraf the pizza chef They have plenty of food all day long till 9.30 The beach is not the best thing for kids but the amazing reef for diving and snorkelling is one of the best Pool is big ... we also did some diving , parasailing and other stuff . Special thanks to Carlos and Mariam Location is great ... easy access to the city I definitely recommend this hotel for your next vacation. staff are very reliable and trustworthy Special thanks yo hamed at the restaurant and the life guards by the beach Food & drinks .... Plenty of varieties But of average quality ,Drinks are free And restaurants available till late

Really a very good as value compared to money , very friendly and helpful staff , good variety of very tasty food and also the quantity, good modern rooms , good swimming pool with different depth level , the sea is acceptable with some reefs for snorkeling - don't forget your swimming shoe or water shoe , a good + is that the food contain a healthy food corner and a kids food corner with cartoons movies , Thanks again for the staff

very nice place to spend the honey moon at, joyful activates and energetic entertainers, also very organized events on the beach. Thanks for having us will get back to this place next holiday for sure.

Best vacation ever with amazing coral reef and the great alex from animation team who do his best to make us satisfied and happy with playing some games the experience at all is great and i would comr again next year ⭐️

I was at the hotel in April with my family and we really enjoyed and felt at home, the staff is good and the animation too, the best was for sure Bemo, he has energy, is friendly and knows for sure how to deal with people, you can tell he loves his job and he 100% made our vacation unforgettable.
