Nice hotel, within walking distance of the Cliff Bar.

The hotel is great, the rooms are big and clean. All meals are included in the buffet style, and there are many food choices. The service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. There is a private beach, a floating bridge extending out to the sea, and colorful corals and fish are in the water. The water is calm and you can snorkel for a long time. It is also a 15-minute walk from the mythical Farsha Cafe in Aladdin.

Camera molto bella e spaziosa con terrazzino,TV aria condizionata,frigo e bollitore,cassetta di sicurezza e fon...camera molto vicina alla spiaggia,ai bar e ristoranti,vicina a piscine,reception. Addetti alle pulizie cordiali, come pure tutti i lavoratori dei bar e ristoranti,anche gli addetti alla spiaggia,e gli animatori,x bambini e adulti...tutti molto gentili x accogliere nel migliore dei modi i turisti.Menzione positiva anche x le guide delle escursioni,molto simpatici,bravi e che rendono piacevoli ed interessanti i giri turistici. Metto solo una nota stonata alla reception,parlano e capiscono arabo e russo,anche se parli in inglese nn capiscono,qualche disguido infine sulla disponibilità di prenotare una camera il giorno prima della partenza. Molto bene l'organizzazione dell'arrivo e della partenza,custodiscono i bagagli,anche se sono a vista.

We went right before Christmas, 2 adults and 2 teenagers boys (13 and 14 yrs old). We had an amazing week, the Italian entertainment team was really amazing and very welcoming! The resort and restaurant staff was also very kind and always willing to make us happy with the service at the table. The food was good with a choices of international buffet and Italian dishes. I would improve the quality of the desserts which look great but are tasteless. Plenty of swimming pools to choose from , only one is heated in winter, but good enough to relax in the water. Staff at the swimming pool and beach was very nice as well. The beach is accessible from the resort (only 5 minutes walk if your room is close to the reception) and the coral reef there is just spectacular. Sea temperature is fine in December, it is warmer than the not heated pools. I’m very happy with my experience at this resort and I would definitely recommend staying there for a family.
