Having been to Sharm many times before - last time 13 years ago - Oh how things have changed. This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at - reviews said had private beach but you had to pay for bus or taxi to get there - 5 minute drive and then pay for a sunbed at a so called beach where you couldn't see the sand as they had jammed packed in sunbeds. The staff were rude, I stood at the bar waiting to be served (I'm female) and they served every male before me! The food was almost inedible and always cold and the drinks well mixing them with proper coke and sprite will not disguise the taste We ended up making excursions every day as nothing to do at the hotel - ate out every day There is a lovely Syrian restaurant on the next road to the hotel and we used that several times This will be my last ever trip to Sharm - such a shame that they have commercialised the hell out of it

Amazing hotel! Big room, entertainment crew are great would definitely recommend always good atmosphere will 100% return! Stayed over new year had amazing food and lots of shows, the staff are all polite and cannot do enough for you always happy to help.

Great hotel nothing is to much trouble for the staff would definitely recommend rooms are very big and spacious and a wide variety of food to offer there are different shops in the hotel that stay open till late and an indoor and outside bar very good

The hotel was dirty lots of appliance,s did not work the floors round the pools was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we was there. The food was cold no taste same every day. not much choice i had to ask for food to be heated but plate came back hot but food still cold.

Room dated and smelt musty on arrival. Food inedible and repetitive- had to get taxis out to old Market, Naama Bay and Soho square every night. Just about managed on eggs for breakfast and skipped lunch every day of the week. NOT what we expect from a good All inclusive hotel. Managers aren’t attentive or care about guests. Tell them your complaint and nothing gets done (about the food) WiFi just doesn’t work! Get a mobile sim as we ended up paying £7.50 a day for data with our provider. Mosquito repellent is a must! we got badly bitten. Not sure what the animation team really do entertainment wise. Music loud and lyrics offensive at the pool at times ! Ibrahim - taxis from the lobby was fantastic!!! Never let us down and would highly recommend using his services. Mohammed at the pool bar was great.

Отель чистый,персонал хороший. Но большой минус что очень плохой выбор еды и утром не хватало кофе которое быстро заканчивается и молоко тоже. Если прийти под конец завтрака или ужина то вообще ничего не остаётся. Фруктов очень мало и выбора нет с мясом такая же проблема. Ещё не нравится что автобус на пляж ходит только 2 раза на день что очень не удобно. Пешком идти минут 30. Платный пляж очень плохой,грязный,не ухоженный только пляж Terrazzina выглядит хорошо и уютно,но вся еда платная хотя в других отелях предусмотрено снеки,вода и соки.К городу очень далеко,за 1,5 $ можно поехать только в 9 вечера и при наличии минимум 5 человек,время по наама бей гулять до 23:30.
