Ci sono stata con mio marito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: personale gentilissimo, servizi ottimi, camere pulite, ogni giorno cambio asciugamani e lenzuola. Cibo molto buono con ampia scelta. Intrattenimento divertente con simpatici animatori e spettacoli suggestivi. Da provare assolutamente la Spa. Perfetto per coppie in cerca di relax. Unica nota negativa: la sera abbiamo sofferto un po il freddo. La prossima volta ci andremo ad aprile.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had an awful stay at Verginia Sharm resort & Aqua park in Sharm El Sheikh. Despite informing them of my arrival time, they refused to provide the two rooms I booked, falsely claiming I only reserved one. The sales manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. They caused immense stress for my family and ruined our trip. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Abbiamo iniziato la nostra vacanza qui al verginia martedì 4 febbraio e termina oggi 11 febbraio ,e come ogni posto ha le sue cose belle e brutte . Il personale molto cortese ,gentile e sempre a disposizione di tutti ,Carlotta e molto disponibile e pronta in ogni momento a soddisfare il cliente, 2 perché poca pulizia e cibo pessimo nn c'è scelta c'è solo la cucina straniera per il resto siamo stati bene ,sicuramente una vacanza da rifare perché sharm è una meta bellissima. Al ristorante non abbiamo trovato dei cornetti, marmellata , nutella o cioccolata,

Stiamo andando via da questo resort con un nodo in gola, uno staff eccezionale partendo dalla reception al ragazzo che pulisce la stanza, tutti di cuore e gentile. Ma le persone che ci hanno fatto lasciare un pezzo di cuore qui sono Ale, Peppe e Momo dell’animazione, unici! Infine per la ciliegina sulla torta affidatevi a Carlotta, referente italiana del Verginia saprà farvi vivere i giorni qui meravigliosi e uscite con lei anche la sera perché fuori dall’ambito professionale è fantastica! Un pezzo di cuore resta qui con voi.
