It's located in the city center and it's very convenient for dining out. The efficiency of the front desk service needs to be improved. When checking out, it was said that the deposit would arrive in half an hour. However, the front desk forgot to do it. After a phone call, the deposit was refunded. The same thing happened when I checked in. Around 6pm in the evening, there was only one receptionist. Several groups of guests came over and ignored each other. Because my mother has Alzheimer's disease, the front desk Ren Yan took the initiative to add me on WeChat and asked me to find her if I have anything. She was polite and enthusiastic. Because the elderly have many uncertainties, they were immediately resolved after communicating with Ren Yan and the hotel. What convinced me was that I have lived in so many star-rated hotels. It is humid by the sea and the room is prone to mold. The hotel opened in 2021 can maintain such good facilities. I didn't expect that the sanitation of the internal and external environment is very clean and tidy, especially the glass cover lamps outside the hotel, which are all wiped spotless. The hotel is Chinese style, with an a**ospheric appearance. Many floors have different styles. Swipe the card to go upstairs for privacy, the room is bright and spacious, and the toiletries are comfortable. There is ”Xinghua Village” in the hotel, a famous local seafood chain, which is really worth recommending.
