The room and the public area of the homestay are very clean, the bathroom in the room is very large, the loft room is a bit stuffy upstairs this season, the air conditioner can't blow on it, the store brought the fan very intimate, the soup can be reserved one hour in advance. Bring a swimsuit in advance, the hotel has breakfast, Chinese food and dinner are very convenient for the hotel 10 meters outside the hotel. Tian Heng has no menu for eating here. See the ingredients and order directly and then there is a total price checkout. The price is not cheap or expensive. The dishes ordered in the past two days are delicious. When I checked in, I added the manager WeChat to recommend a lot of fun places around. The service attitude was super good and thoughtful.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, a family of five people, two old and two children, traveled to Qingdao. For convenience, we specially checked the rooms close to the subway, scenic spots, and suites. The accommodation was unexpectedly satisfactory. The room was very clean, tidy, and warm. The front desk also specially arranged a triple room. The electronic password lock was convenient for entry and exit without a room card. The May Fourth Square was right outside the door, and the night view could be seen in the room at night. It was only a 10-minute walk from the subway entrance, and it was more than ten minutes by taxi to the Qingdao Beer Museum and the Polar Ocean World. It was very central. The surrounding food was within walking distance of the Mixc and Liangyou Qingdao Cuisine. The weather in Qingdao in early autumn was very pleasant.

The location was very convenient, literally walking-distance to subway or bus stations. It's also close to the church and there are lots of food stores nearby.
The check-in process for foreigners are easy and simple.
The price is very affordable (we've stayed here for 4D3N for 720rmb, includes breakfast for 3 days and a coffee voucher can be taken at the reception desk).
The room was small, but it's enough since we weren't staying at the hotel all day. The amenities are complete as listed on Trip.com . The minibars are free as well (including the ones on the fridge).

In the room are not enough electricity sockets, there wasn't a dedicated space for the electric kettle. We had to put it on the floor to make coffee or tea, whats crazy in such an expensive hotel.

First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay.
During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable.
While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety.
In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal.
However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use.
In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

RRachelle MaeLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2.
We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread.
There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

GGuest UserI was surprised to find a treasure niche boutique hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, the door is very low-key, the stay found that the environment inside is very good, the layout details are tasteful, I like it very much, the room is comfortable and satisfactory.
The front desk of the hotel said that there was a free coffee gift on the first night, and a glass of ice latte was really delicious! ! I asked the front desk to know that this was prepared by the hotel owner. The boss himself is also a coffee hobby. He uses the good beans that the boss drinks by himself. Like me like coffee to live must taste, better than star dad.
I am used to staying in a chain hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel that makes me feel warm and cost-effective. It is worth my serious evaluation and worth recommending.
