Qingdao Homestays

Located inside a housing compound. GPS navigation brought me to the door, which was fortunate as it would be hard to find otherwise. They could do with a sign in English – meanwhile, look out for the Chinese characters 观海. It looks like you're arriving at the back door of a ground floor apartment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, using a translation app where necessary. The atmosphere is cheerfully scruffy and youthful, with hundreds of visitors' signature all over the walls. Facilities are basic – the showers are over squat toilets (plenty of water though), and there are no drinking water refill machine (buy plastic for 1 yuan at the reception). The lobby area is tiny – they actually advertise the sofa bed in the lobby as a single-occupancy. Not a great idea – don't confuse it with a tiny single room as I did. They upgraded me to a dorm room. The mattress is not soft. The location is good for a visit to May 4th Square and the seafront. Overall, it was okay to doss here one night, but I found Kaiyue Hostel much better value.

The landlord was very enthusiastic. He contacted in advance to tell us how to enter the community. He knew that we had brought children. He was afraid that we could not sleep. He also asked if we needed to make another sofa bed. He picked the apricots and came back and gave them to us. The apricots were very sweet. The location of the homestay is very close to May Fourth Square. It is very convenient to travel. There are also rooms, this price is still very good

The environment in the house is very good, the overall sanitary conditions are worthy of praise, the sea is outside the window, and the quality of the Shanghai view room is worthy of Next to Wuyue, it is very convenient to go downstairs for dinner and entertainment.

The sea view at Zun Du is beautiful. We went there in the off-season (I always forgot to review it 😂). They also upgraded our room type~ Pet-friendly. There are many dogs in the yard opposite the B&B. Every time I come back, the little white dog on the roof will come to greet me hhh. It's really cute. I used chicken breast to build a good relationship with her^ ^

The housekeeper is enthusiastic and the service is also very good! The homestay is clean, quiet and elegant. (The indoor lighting is particularly good, there are independent clothes hangers, so there is no need to worry about having no place to dry clothes) It is located in the ancient city and there are many snacks. It is convenient to park by car. It is also convenient to take a taxi out of the South Gate. It is easy to find when you come back from going out, just walk around the city wall. If you want to take the subway, you can drive to the C exit of the subway station. There is a large open space, you can park anywhere, or you can take a taxi. If you leave early and don’t have breakfast, you can buy roadside stalls there. There was a performance at the South Gate on the day we went, and we took the subway to Haichang Polar Ocean Park and Wheat Island the next day. I came back early in the evening and made an appoin**ent with the housekeeper for a home theater. I went to Laoshan on the third day.

The service is very good, but I thought the space capsule was for one person per room, but it was for 20 people. The bathroom is not suitable for defecation, there are no toiletries, disposable slippers, etc., and the bed sheets always feel a little wet. If you really can't get a room when traveling and your funds are limited, choose this one.

The room is clean and tidy. You can see the sea from the room. You have a private beach. It is also a very good experience during the peak tourist season. The service attitude of the lady is very good. She actively helps with luggage and clothes. Desserts and the sea are a perfect match. I will come for vacation again

The location is at the highest point on the top of the mountain, and the taxi dared not drive halfway through. I took the baby out of the car and climbed a slope to arrive. The British castle style, children fall in love with it at a glance. The oil paintings in the room are all made by the landlord's sister's father, and the Kochi atmosphere is full. The gentle hostess is very considerate. She sent freshly picked cherries when I checked in. In the evening, I had dinner in the courtyard and thoughtfully played music. The sea breeze was blowing, which was very pleasant. Surprises can be found on every floor in the room, and the exquisite comfort experience in the corner makes the children reluctant to leave and look forward to coming again next time. It's a pity that the photography technology is really limited, so I can't show its beauty🌈

The picture of the boss's room is exactly the same as the actual one, so there is no picture taken. Two rooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. Self-check-in and check-out are particularly convenient. There is a laundry room. The most important thing is that pets are allowed. Large dogs are also available. It is very convenient to take hairy children out. The sculpture park about 5 kilometers away from the homestay has a beach. At present, you can take your dog to go, and the sand is very fine. The seafood processing store recommended by the boss is also delicious. It is a pity that we just went to eat a little late night and didn't order a lot. Will choose this here next time!

Facilities: The shower head can be adjusted by itself, and the display light of the air conditioner can be turned off (I found out the next day that I turned off the air conditioner and slept for one night. Fortunately, it was very cool in the ancient city of Jimo). Hygienic: Very clean. Service: Very good, responsive. Environment: Mrs. Mrs. is great. Near the south gate of the ancient city of Jimo online, adjacent to the church, the courtyard is beautiful. Stayed for a day.
