It is one of the best I stay in holiday inn in China The check in staff are so helpful n professional. Especially one lady she helped me to change a bigger bed due the first light I stay in 1.5 m bed I wish I could have a 1.8m wide. All of them are so good n attentive I also praise the room service maids as they are very friendly nice, always say hi whenever I meet them in the corridor. Breakfast is good n the staff are very polite n hardworking as I notice there are only two staff on spot, but quite efficient Nearby area are so picturesque n lots of open space n greenery garden, seaside promenades for running walking n biking. Real good place for vacation

The hotel is next to the Laoshan District Government Service Center, surrounded by office buildings, with a very good environment. There is a subway station at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient to go out. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and the dining environment is as spacious as the room. The hotel service is also in place. The cleaning waiter saw that we were a family of three and put three toothbrushes for us. The small details are very heartwarming! It's just a little far to go out for dinner! It's worth recommending for sending children to school and doing business nearby!

Location: The location is not an advantage. It is located in the northern district of Qingdao, far from the May Fourth Square Olympic Sailing Center and the pier, and there is no subway. If you want to go out, you need to take a taxi or drive yourself. Facilities: It meets the standards of smart selection and is fully equipped. (The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is a bit loud and the room is dry at night, which hurts the throat... The room is equipped with an air purifier but no dehumidifier. Fortunately, the weather was not too hot when I went there, so I could turn off the air conditioner to sleep in the second half of the night) Hygiene: No problem Environment: There are no other problems except that the subway is being repaired outside. It was excellent hotel have nice view on city also room very clean and room service very helpful with anything even its out of their service will try to help, the breakfast was very good their many choices for me as Muslim also choices their ,the stuff was very helpfull i can mention specifically Jenny song she was very helpful and good speaker for English language and she help me to delay check out without fee also it was nice hotel also many shops and services around the hotels its good choice for travelers

I always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when I go to Qingdao. Because of a situation with the A/C system with the one downtown, I decided to try a different one. As always, the staff and facilities were welcoming and great. Breakfast was as expected. They still seem to not have switched on the cooling. I had the A/C blasting and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. I appreciate the staff and their kindness, but will switch my allegiance to a different chain going forward.
