It is one of the best I stay in holiday inn in China The check in staff are so helpful n professional. Especially one lady she helped me to change a bigger bed due the first light I stay in 1.5 m bed I wish I could have a 1.8m wide. All of them are so good n attentive I also praise the room service maids as they are very friendly nice, always say hi whenever I meet them in the corridor. Breakfast is good n the staff are very polite n hardworking as I notice there are only two staff on spot, but quite efficient Nearby area are so picturesque n lots of open space n greenery garden, seaside promenades for running walking n biking. Real good place for vacation

The room was very satisfactory. The service at the front desk was very good. I liked Lucy at the front desk. Wanda was convenient to Laoshan. The price was the most reasonable. There was also a robot to deliver the food. It was great.

The hotel lobby is also equipped with a self-service coffee machine, which can choose hot milk. Hygiene: clean and comfortable. Environment: The transportation is relatively convenient. It is about 10 yuan to take a taxi from the nearest subway station, Line 1, ”Beiling Station” Exit D. This station can also transfer to the ”Laoshan” scenic spot (Dahedong Station, which is the terminal of Line 4); there is a bus stop next to the hotel, of which No. 5 is a tram, which can reach the high-speed rail ”Qingdao Station”. Service: The service attitude of the hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I accidentally scratched my skin in the scenic area outside. I need medicine and bandages to treat the wound. They are fully equipped here. One of the front desk staff in the lobby (a male staff member wearing glasses) also helped me apply medicine and stick the bandages; another male staff member also patiently introduced me where to buy souvenirs and specialties. It was excellent hotel have nice view on city also room very clean and room service very helpful with anything even its out of their service will try to help, the breakfast was very good their many choices for me as Muslim also choices their ,the stuff was very helpfull i can mention specifically Jenny song she was very helpful and good speaker for English language and she help me to delay check out without fee also it was nice hotel also many shops and services around the hotels its good choice for travelers

The Hotel is great for a quick Qingdao visit. Very close to the beach and seaside. Also the Tsingdao Beer Museum is very easy to find. Subway entrance is near to hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. My expectations are totally fullfilled. I was four times at the hotel during different seasons. Everytime the service was fine. Very appriciated is the free tea and coffee, as well free beer during the Tsingdao Beer fest weeks. Many thanks to Hailey from the reception desk, she made the registration for foreigners very easy. Her business english is good

Thank you Luna Wang for Warm welcome, upgrade room and fruits. This is one of best hotels in Chengyang with Covenient location to Sunway and Lubang shopping And nice clean room condition. The picture is Olympic Park, 15 min walk from hotel.
