청결:
- 청소해주시는 분께서 언제 청소하러 오는게 좋은지 물어봐주시고, 깨끗하게 청소해주셔서 좋았습니다.
- 금연룸을 요청했습니다.
체크인 시, 창문을 열어 환기가 되고 있었지만, 테이블에 재떨이도 있고, 첫날에 담배 냄새가 조금 남아 있어 아쉬웠습니다.
서비스:
- 데이터 유심만 해와서 중국 국내 전화가 어려운데, 위챗으로 문의하고 소통할 수 있어 편했고, wifi 연결도 안정적이었습니다.
- 텔레비전도 다양한 채널이 있어서 중국드라마, 한국드라마, 일본 만화등 다양하게 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다.
- 젊은 직원들이 많았고, 친절한 편입니다.
- 보통 다른 호텔들은 직접 세탁기를 이용하거나, 돈을 내고 해야하는 경우가 많은데, 무료로 빨래하고 건조해서 로봇이 가져다 줘서 편했습니다.
- 음료와 생수를 계속 제공해주는 부분도 좋았습니다.
- 사용 후 리뷰 작성을 여러 명이 여러 번 부탁하는 것은 조금 불편했습니다. 좋은 서비스를 제공하셨다면, 고객을 믿고 한번만 부탁하셔도 좋은 평가를 알아서 작성할 것 같아요.
위치:
- 업무 처리하러 간 곳도 멀지 않고, 쇼핑센터들도 도보 15분 내외로 괜찮았습니다.
시설:
- 엘리베이터가 9층에 내릴 때, 엘리베이터의 층과 바닥의 높낮이가 맞지않아 불안한 부분이 있었습니다.
- 방충망이 없어 창문 열기가 조금 어려웠습니다.
