雖然不是第一次入住，到應該是最後一次，我們是6號凌晨入住的酒店，在電話和當面溝通中與接待的前台有差異，但是兩次給我們的答覆確實是7號退房，6號下午2點多就接到要求退房電話，電話裏説明情況，等到的答覆是“由於前台業務不熟練，讓接待我們前台為我們付款房費”我們選擇了退房。作為一家企業這種處理方案毫無責任可言，不是服務人員，不是酒店的環境，是你們的管理和處理問題的人員無擔當。還有水果是好事，但是路上咬開兩口居然芯是爛的，徹底對這家酒店沒心情了。

整體衞生標準一如既往，就是年頭有些長了，設施顯得比較老了，外賣到酒店衹能送到大門口，酒店也不提供送到房間的服務，這服務挺掉價的，連漢庭都能做到的這卻不能；其次是早餐，自助形式的改成了所謂的套餐，也沒提前告知，明顯早餐品質及種類降低很多，咱就是説快六百的房費了，有點糊弄了
