Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are polite. Easiest way to get there from airport if you download the China DiDi App and load your overseas credit card to it. Central and accessible to everything. There’s a massage just down the road on the right. AMAZING. Thank you for having us.

Big building, they have their own gym and pool. I was surprised how many stuff they provide in the room, like a weight, a sewing kit, a magnifying glass. The hotel mainly occupied by people who came for business. Walkable distance to the seashore. Recommend to stay!

Upon checking in, there was an English speaking guy who took me to the counter and made sure I was helped out properly. Since the front desk person didn’t speak English, the first guy stayed by my side until my check in was complete; he was very helpful and the check-in was very quick. Most of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. In terms of dining and entertainment, the hotel has a decent location. There are plenty of convenience shops around along with some smaller restaurants; Knuckles bar happens to be just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room was quite spacious with a panoramic view of the city on the 33rd floor. Once I returned to my room, this view made it a very serene night. It was so much easier to unwind. Unfortunately, there was construction going on across the street in the morning. That night was my birthday and stayed out late celebrating with friends; I planned to sleep in that morning but this was just impossible. The afore mentioned construction was EXTREMELY loud, which made it very hard to even want to stay in the room. I picked up my belongings and left the room as soon as I could. The noise generated by the construction is certainly not the hotel’s fault but I would definitely not stay there knowing there is such horrible noise affecting the property.

The location is ok if you wan to go to the beer festival, around 15min by car, and there is a nice street with some bars and restaurants, just 5min by walk. But of course pretty far from the city center. The room was smelly, the door of the bathroom can not be closed and the AC was quite noisy.Don’t have expectations for the view. The bed was ok.

King's ransom hotel. Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is definitely overrated and not worth the high costs. Rooms and the furniture were old and not very clean, there was a very bad smell of smoke and humidity coming from the carpets. Our room didn’t get cleaned during the whole time. However, the staff, front desk were very nice and professional. Feel really disappointed to have such a bad quality stay for such a crazy price. Will not come back.

The hotel's B-type room is large and clean, and the floor waitress is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The only regret is that it is a distance from the beach, about 15 minutes walk away.
