酒店內外都很漂亮，周邊環境優雅，馬路對面就是海，可以隔窗眺望。酒店早餐豐盛，中西餐美味可口。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，床品舒適。酒店有健身房和游泳池，和洗衣服務。

要的遠離電梯，操作間，安靜的房間。入住時發現，給我安排一個正對樓梯的房間1102。我以為大家都乘坐電梯，不會有人走樓梯。也懶得拿着行李下樓，就沒調房間。
結果驚喜不斷，晚上，早上，倆扇防火門開關對撞的聲音不絕於耳。實在是難忘的入住體驗。
另外，入住第二天早9點，不知道維修哪裡的施工師傅在樓道里，大聲喧嘩，大聲聊天，那叫一個一個熱鬧。一人踩梯子登高幹活，下面倆人扶着梯子，您慢慢幹也就算了，能不大聲聊天麼？考慮門口房間的客人了麼？虧了不在我門口。
希望酒店管理和服務可以在專業一些。如果客人不在呼這些細節，廉價酒店大把可選。這次非常失望，大概率不會再住這裏了。

基於對喜來登入住的滿意體驗，讓我們不再考慮其它酒店。衹是續訂前有個事需要跟酒店溝通。接待我們的趙瑩小姐已經下班，她委託她的同事朱修振先生與我聯絡，很快解決了問題。感謝他們做事的認真負責。
昨天大霧，今天中雨。出行不便的前提下，喜來登有齊全的健身房和室內游泳池。這對帶孩子的遊客來説更是良好的體驗~孩子開心，家長輕鬆。

雖然酒店硬件有些老舊了，但是服務還是有老牌酒店的優勢。
這次是親子游，前台幫我們升級了帶浴缸的房間。在服務上：送水、送孩子的拖鞋牙具都很及時，是一次滿意的體驗。

帶孩子入住第一晚給免費升級了房間，第二天事情沒辦完我們需要續住，去到前台，被告知無法續住房間都訂滿了，在我準備上樓收拾行李時工作人員又讓我加他微信，説續住可以，必須按照升級後的房型付款，這簡直可笑，誰也沒想佔你們的便宜，第二晚續住肯定是按現住的房型，你們為了怕客人佔便宜就説沒房間？為什麼不直接説？我剛離開酒店不久就發微信告訴我可以續住。真的讓人失望，五星級酒店客人住的起誰也不差那幾百的差價，衹是希望你們多一點真誠。另外房間隔音極差，半夜下雨噪音太大。
