The little brother at the front desk was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room. He also chose a south-facing room for me according to my preferences. The service was really good. The hotel room was very new and the bedding was very comfortable. If I come to Qingdao next time, I will choose here.

酒店位置很好找，暑假陪孩子過來旅遊的，離金沙灘很近，地鐵就在門口早上可以去金沙灘看日出，晚上去了魚明嘴趕海，小朋友很開心，前台小哥哥服務很熱情，有問題及時解決，給升級了房間，還延遲了退房時間，這是來黃島很開心的一次旅行，下次還來入住

There are hair circles left by others in the room, but the overall hygiene is OK. We went down for half an hour after the beginning. I don’t know if it’s because it’s too early. There’s some confusion. Many of them didn’t go to eat. Auntie kept saying that you were in a hurry and went to eat something else. 😂

設施維持了全季一貫的水準，但這次要批評前台的男生的服務，真得很一般。因為航班改簽，我提出可否稍微延遲一會兒退房，他先是拒絕，説我是第三方定的，我説我也是你們華住的會員啊，然後他説我會員等級不夠，給我氣笑了，最後勉強延遲退房了一小時。退房的時候，因為上午去了趟酒店附近的醫院，然後返回時房卡失效，我説可否幫忙重新刷一下，他回覆你直接上去吧我讓清潔的人給你開，順帶收走了我的卡（時間中午12點）。這是多着急趕人啊😂。 怎麼説呢，他做的大面上也沒什麼錯誤，但就是給人感覺特別的冰冷沒有温度，比我住過的所有全季都要體驗不好。希望作為服務人員還是細緻一點，像這種延遲退房啊刷個卡啊之類不是那麼重要的事情上沒必要非得贏客人一把，你説是吧～
