The room and the public area of the homestay are very clean, the bathroom in the room is very large, the loft room is a bit stuffy upstairs this season, the air conditioner can't blow on it, the store brought the fan very intimate, the soup can be reserved one hour in advance. Bring a swimsuit in advance, the hotel has breakfast, Chinese food and dinner are very convenient for the hotel 10 meters outside the hotel. Tian Heng has no menu for eating here. See the ingredients and order directly and then there is a total price checkout. The price is not cheap or expensive. The dishes ordered in the past two days are delicious. When I checked in, I added the manager WeChat to recommend a lot of fun places around. The service attitude was super good and thoughtful.

The boss is so kind and polite! It feels like going home. We barbecue and ask us what we need. Seeing that our own carbon is gone, they can use it for us! The room is also very clean and tidy, will come next time 🤭

The landlord was very enthusiastic. After disembarking, the proprietress picked us up for a group of 10 people. The place where we lived was very convenient for the sights and the room was clean. The return trip took us to the pier. The day was very windy and the speedboat was suspended. We went to the ship pier and waited. There was no ship for a long time. The proprietress came to the dock again to inform that the ship was also suspended, and drove the elderly and children to the border police station to wait. She was very enthusiastic, and finally we returned to Qingdao smoothly.

I always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when I go to Qingdao. Because of a situation with the A/C system with the one downtown, I decided to try a different one. As always, the staff and facilities were welcoming and great. Breakfast was as expected. They still seem to not have switched on the cooling. I had the A/C blasting and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. I appreciate the staff and their kindness, but will switch my allegiance to a different chain going forward.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

Haitian is not my first hotel that I stayed arriving into Qingdao. I stayed at the Westin and Shangri-La. By far, Haitian is the best hotel that I’ve experienced over these 3 hotels. From checkin to the rooms and amenities. Jack was the one checked me in. Service was excellent. He has given me all the information upon checkin and also he has kept me informed on the weather and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I really did have a great stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend to my friends in the future. Keep the great work Jack. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

For the value the place is great! However it is near the ocean and thus during the summer it is very humid and feels wet in the room. Feel like the AC didn’t really help with that. Other than the walls are dirty and the bed felt a bit wet it was relatively clean since i’ve seen worser places. For the price again its nice i paid 106 rmb for a night cant really beat that price anywhere in qingdao if ur just sleeping for the night and have a dog. Literally very difficult to travel with a dog in china since most hotels dont allow that

The hotel is located near the beach and the hotel is quit big.l needed a quite quite place ,and quietness is what l got.When l arrived the manager on duty helped me with checkin and it was very quick and he helped me to a table for dinner.The hotel staff are generally very friendly and helpful .I loved the breakfast with a variety of English breakfast.Generally my stay was awesome and l will definitely be back again.Ooh and not to forget l loved the products in the bathroom 😀,the face soap and bathing lotion and the body lotion by Malin+Goetz .Overall experience was great!!!

KK L LeungThe room at Valley Wing was spacious. We had a room with good sea views. The lobby on the ground floor is huge but we would recommend the hotel to adjust the temperature higher up as it was freezing cold and consumed energy to keep the low temperature. We had all our meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the hotel as there was some variety to suit our tastes. The Yum for breakfast is a bit congested but there was plenty of food to eat. Lunches and dinners at Shang Palace were good although we had to wait a long time for our food at our last night there. This was perhaps due to some banquet at the same time. The Flyer Catch served Mediterranean food. The sea food there was great and the desserts were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. Public transportation is convenient as the hotel is just above Line 2 and Line 3.

TthousandmilesI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Qingdao, and there are some noteworthy aspects to share.
First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay.
During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable.
While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety.
In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal.
However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use.
In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

GGuest UserConvenient transportation, but you have to go across the street to park. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. You can also wash clothes. Just stick a few hooks to hang clothes. There is also beer for sale downstairs. I buy a bottle every day and drink it while watching movies. Not bad, there are Hema and IKEA next to it. It is very suitable for staying for a few days

GGuest UserI was surprised to find a treasure niche boutique hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, the door is very low-key, the stay found that the environment inside is very good, the layout details are tasteful, I like it very much, the room is comfortable and satisfactory.
The front desk of the hotel said that there was a free coffee gift on the first night, and a glass of ice latte was really delicious! ! I asked the front desk to know that this was prepared by the hotel owner. The boss himself is also a coffee hobby. He uses the good beans that the boss drinks by himself. Like me like coffee to live must taste, better than star dad.
I am used to staying in a chain hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel that makes me feel warm and cost-effective. It is worth my serious evaluation and worth recommending.

RRE_cyclingWe had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows.
Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in.
The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.
