I came to see the sea in the off-season during my vacation and stayed at the Xixi Family Hotel. The service is very good. You can add extra bed surrounds in the room. There is a building block table in the lobby on the first floor. The hotel is conveniently located. There is Beibei Coffee and a parent-child restaurant downstairs. The hotel provides Musen Travel Photography , took photos professionally, took photos at 10 o'clock as scheduled, arrived early and was very punctual, a good experience, recommended! ! !

Great new hotel. Located in the first row at the beach. Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day. The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you. The rooms are spacy and modern. For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.

The check in was very lengthy, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need inside. The quality of the shampoo..... are very nice. Unfortunately my mum got sick during our stay and we had to book an extra room and added a few nights and they were very accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and beach.

The Shangri-La hotel is a beautiful hotel located in a prime spot next to the beach. There is a great buzz and range of facilities at the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, however, there were a few frustrating things. I arrived after the check-in time but my room was not yet ready. To compensate for this, I was taken to the executive lounge and my request for a late check out was accepted. At breakfast the next morning, many of the coffee machines had run out of milk and it took a little while for the milk to be topped up.

When traveling to Qinhuangdao, I chose the Courtyard by Marriott. Let me share my personal experience. As a five-star hotel in Qinhuangdao, no one was responsible for picking up luggage and driving the door. The front desk had an indifferent attitude throughout the entire process and the service was not enthusiastic. During the stay, the hotel did not proactively provide guests with services that a hotel should have such as turndown service. The person responsible for answering the hotel service phone also had a bad attitude. When the guest mentioned the need for turndown service, he mentioned the hotel's turndown service. A service that can only be enjoyed by Marriott Platinum Cards (after staying in so many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I learned that this hotel’s turndown service is only provided for Platinum Cards. I had never heard of it before. In addition to administrative treatment, the hotel Treated differently than others) and the tone of answering the phone is unfriendly, which makes the guests uncomfortable. The room showed on the Ctrip order that it was equipped with a purifier. The purifier that was delivered for the first time was very dirty. I didn’t know whether it was purifying or contaminating... The water pressure in the room fluctuated, and the toilet in the room was covered by an electric curtain, but it was not covered seamlessly. After sitting on the lawn for a while, a fat security guard came and said that entry was not allowed here, not even for hotel guests. Wedding venue, okay, I can understand if someone is setting up the venue or wedding scene that day, but why is there nothing on the lawn that day? As the only comfortable outdoor venue in the hotel, can't guests even sit down? ? Since they are not allowed to enter the hotel, why should the lawn be used as a publicity? And can there be a sign at the door not allowing entry? ! Unable to understand! In addition, the hotel has opened a cute pet park, but after looking at it, I found that two rabbits were lame... There was no water or food in the bowl. I hope the hotel will pay attention to the health of the small animals when opening the park... The day after communicating with Ctrip, the hotel's guest relations manager called and learned what had happened. He replaced the purifier and provided corresponding room service and turndown. The next day, there was also a dedicated driver downstairs at the front desk. Door and luggage (I don’t know if I will not be there on the day of check-in) Overall, the experience was not very good, but fortunately there was someone to deal with it. I would like to give a thumbs up to the hotel guest relations manager and the guy wearing glasses and a suit at the front desk! I hope the hotel’s staff management can be strengthened...

Qinhuangdao is my family’s first choice for vacation. Every time I come, I have a surprising experience. This time there was no heating at home, so I decided to choose a hotel under the InterContinental Group, the only InterContinental Group hotel in Qinhuangdao - Holiday Inn Facilities: You can clearly feel that the facilities are new and will be opened in 2021. There is nothing to fault in the past few years. The family suite we stayed in had a front view of the sea. My children loved it. It was very nice. Hygiene: The sanitary conditions are good. Except for the slight fluffing of the carpet, there are basically no sanitary dead spots. Service: The service attitude is very good, which is beyond my imagination. Special thanks to Manager Sheng Yuyin for this stay. I initially booked a room for one day. Because my children liked it very much and the service was excellent, I extended my stay for another day. The overall feeling is very satisfactory, I hope I can continue to use it, and I will choose it again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a convenient bus stop and just a 10 minute drive to the seaside . The staff were very accommodating although most of them knew very little English. The breakfast staff were great and the breakfast selection offered a lot of vegetarian options, which you don’t find in many hotels. The room was a great size, just there aren’t any scenic views. The cleaning of the bedrooms could be a lot better as the room I had was very dust and the floor was not cleaned everyday.

I chose to stay here when I went to Laohu Shi Beach. The weather on the beach in January was already freezing. The hotel is in a very good location and is very close to the beach. The rooms are okay and worthy of the price of over 100. The wash basin is in the bedroom. The room was slightly damp. Floor heating and air conditioning are easy to use. I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe.

The room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.
