房間乾淨整潔，寬敞幹明亮。床品舒適，停車場停車方便，還有充電樁可充電。離市區很近，交通方便。也很安靜。

前台一個瘦瘦小小的姑娘服務態度十分惡劣，問她問題語氣很不耐煩且很生硬，作為一名服務人員一點笑容都沒有，不會再住第二次了。

1，泳池是和後面的小區一起使用，在平台上寫的14:30-20:00開放，實際是15:00-18:00開放
2，平台上寫的有冰箱就是個坑🕳️，酒店的一個小破冰箱還是鎖起來的，要用需要叫服務人員打開，打開了不製冷，酒店回覆顧名思義常温冰箱，酒店的常温不是我們平時理解的常温，酒店説的常温是我們生活中的20°的這種常温，放在冰箱裏麪的東西全部壞掉。（入住時還特意問了是不是有冰箱，酒店回覆的有）
3，服務人員態度超級不好，晚上12:00打電話説冰箱不製冷，前台説不住讓退房，我就想説大半夜帶着小孩都睡下了，你讓我退房是幾個意思。（ 09:30辦理入住，入住開了冰箱，想着等製冷了再放實物進去，所以才會到12:00了才打電話給前台）
4，開冰箱的服務人員態度也不行，以為冰箱裏麪放了啥寶貝鎖起，打開裏面放的就是入住酒店都有的那些***東西，這東西誰稀罕呢
5，還有就是洗澡搞個玻璃的是啥意思呢？躺在床上看洗澡間。
6，真的悔了温德姆這個牌子。
