I called the boss and changed the room in another community at night. It is a bungalow. The room facilities are quite good, but the decoration smell is not finished yet, and I found a cockroach🪳, which is a bit scary, so I can't give it five stars.

The boss is very nice, the service is warm and thoughtful, and he upgraded our room. The floor is higher and the view is wider. Compared with the lower floors, the view is indeed better. Great service at Reception and Concierge. Friendly House Keeping staff. Clean room and good room amenities. A great selection and tasty breakfast buffet. Our dinner was delicious! Our group enjoyed multiple spa treatments. My stay was most relaxing with lovely views and comfortable areas around the complex and hotel grounds to the beach. The group I travelled with have returned because they enjoyed their first stay so much.I will definitely return.

When I went to bed at night, I found that the quilt had a strong body odor of the elderly as soon as I got on the bed. It was so disgusting! I changed the quilt and found that the pillow also had it. I changed the pillow and slept because I was too sleepy. I woke up the next day and my body was full of that smell. It turned out that the mattress also had it! I was disgusted all day... I reported it to the hotel, but there was not even a formal apology! You can see their attitude...

There is also a free gym and swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel. The swimming pool is very clean. There are many types of hot springs and they are very comfortable to soak in. The included round-trip ticket to Yudai Beach allows you to see the connection between the river and the sea at Yudai Beach, and the scenery is particularly great. The hotel is also very close to other scenic spots, and the transportation is very convenient. It is my first choice hotel and I will come back next time!

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)
