Great service at Reception and Concierge. Friendly House Keeping staff. Clean room and good room amenities. A great selection and tasty breakfast buffet. Our dinner was delicious! Our group enjoyed multiple spa treatments. My stay was most relaxing with lovely views and comfortable areas around the complex and hotel grounds to the beach. The group I travelled with have returned because they enjoyed their first stay so much.I will definitely return.

On the day of check-in, the housekeeper Vicky called me to ask about my stay preferences. She also cared about me during my stay. The room lady Yujie (I don't know her full name) also gave the children a small gift, which was very considerate. It's raining recently, which is also suitable for hot springs. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)
