Best Hotels near Arabian Nights Camp Meeting Place, Quairah District

This is a must if you are visiting Jordan! My family and I highly regret that we stayed only one day and night. We experienced an incredible day with Omar and his 8-year-old son Wisam. Wisam climbed on all the mountains and rocks with us and in the evening, after dinner, he asked us to play Uno which he played by his own, special rules :) He was genuinely one of the best parts of the trip! Omar was, except for his son, our favourite person we met in Jordan. When you meet him, you instantly feel trust towards him. He is a very smart and well-balanced person. The place they have built is lovely! It is much more luxurious than we had expected in the middle of the desert. The part we loved the most was the big tent where we were served dinner and breakfast. They have a big fireplace in the middle of the tent, everyone sits around, smokes shisha and talks. That way you get to spend time with the local people (Omar, Wisam, the chef and their friends who visited) and the other guests. Beautiful atmosphere! And one more win: the chef (unfortunately I forgot his name) made us the most delicious food we had in all of Jordan (and all the food in Jordan was already amazing)! So, if it's not clear by now, I LOVED the day in Wadi Rum organised for us by Omar. I hope I will get to come back!

We loved our overnight stay at the Aladdin Camp - it’s a beautiful setting within the canyon and really well maintained with a lovely area to sit around the fire and relax. The Panorama Tents were sadly all booked but our Deluxe tent was lovely with a really comfortable bed and snuggly soft duvet and pillows - we slept really well. There was plenty of hot water, nice toiletries and good aircon. We arrived too late to do anything other than explore the camp and relax before dinner. We watched as the Zarb Bedouin meal was uncovered from the sand. The food was delicious. The camp looked really pretty with the lights and fire pit. Breakfast had a wide variety and the omelettes were cooked while you waited and delicious. We did the sunrise camel ride which was really beautiful and we were really well looked after. The 2 hour jeep safari was spectacular- we saw incredible scenery and it was great fun! We had a lovely guide. A real highlight of our trip to Jordan. We saw many camps from the jeep and none of them looked as nice as the setting of the Aladdin camp.

First of all, I live in both Bubble and UFO. They both belong to the Luxotel camp and share the lobby and restaurant together. So it can be compared that the good thing is that the camp is beautiful and the room is a relatively luxurious tent. The air conditioner is warm and cold. Self-control, Bubble has hot water but I didn’t have hot water when I took a bath in UFO (washed within the time they stipulated), breakfast and dinner buffet are included in it, the food is very rich, and there are restaurants that can be ordered all day during the day But the food is very average, but it is understandable because most of the guests go out to play during the day. Because of the structure, Bubble needs to be blown by air all the time, so it is noisier than UFO, but it is brighter because it is basically transparent and more One room, UFO is like a tent, and it feels more solid. When it rained heavily on the first night in Bubble, a little rain still seeped in. This is not good or bad, it depends on personal preference Let me talk about the points to pay attention to. First of all, it is a place that defrauds tourists. The drinks in the restaurant are all above 3JD, which is equivalent to 30 yuan for a bottle of Coke, and a plate of the simplest pasta costs more than 100 yuan. If you If you want to exchange money, the exchange rate given by the hotel is much lower than outside, because the hotel is in the desert, unless you are driving a four-wheel drive SUV, don't follow the navigation to drive inside! There is their meeting point at the motorway exit closest to the hotel, park there and let them pick you up! I was so focused on driving that I didn’t notice this, and as a result, I drove the car into the desert and ran aground according to the navigation. I called them to ask them to rescue them, but they insisted that I send them the location by WhatsApp. I said I didn’t even have it. How to send it to you! I explained several times that I used googlemap to get here from Petra, and now I am 10 minutes away from you, which is 4.7 kilometers away (Figure 4). You can follow the navigation on googlemap and walk backwards to find me, wouldn’t it be good? ! But they refused to listen to them, and asked me to send the address over and over again. After more than an hour, I gave up waiting and started hiking in the desert for more than one kilometer. I found a car and rescued me. I finally arrived at the camp just like surviving in the wilderness, but no one cared about how I saved myself in the end! ? And complained that two cars lined up to find me! ? Because that afternoon I also arranged to see the performance on the train (included in the Jordan pass), which is actually not far from their meeting place.
