It was an incredible stay with such a luxurious hotel ! 3 hour drive from Queen alia Airport. With wonderful location between sand dunes and mountains! Would like to thank Miss TASNIM from the reservation department who took all the initiative to make sure our stay was very convenient and comfortable. She organized the rooms which have a great view and took the initiative to suggest some local taxis for our stay with great prices . She also took care of pickup and drop from airport to hotel and sightseeing during our stay . She recommended local cuisine with a lot of places to visit like Petra , Monastery, Dead Sea , maain Springs , Camel riding, etc. When we arrived at the hotel another great group of people we met. MR. HADI , TAJID ( TJ) from reception, made our stay wonderful. They took care of transportation every time . Recommended local cuisine. Suggested to go for Jeep tour for local sightseeing, sand dunes , star gazing during Night and many more. HADI, you did a great job ! Even he arranged romantic night dinner, which I wanted to give a surprise to my partner. He made sure it looked fabulous under stars and away from all in-house guests! Our personal and private cabana was incredible with special local cuisine for us . He even arranged a surprise birthday cake, which was above and beyond our expectations! Overall it was 9 star 🌟 I would like to give! Thank you hiring such a great staff who are courteous . Would like to visit again soon!

First of all, I live in both Bubble and UFO. They both belong to the Luxotel camp and share the lobby and restaurant together. So it can be compared that the good thing is that the camp is beautiful and the room is a relatively luxurious tent. The air conditioner is warm and cold. Self-control, Bubble has hot water but I didn’t have hot water when I took a bath in UFO (washed within the time they stipulated), breakfast and dinner buffet are included in it, the food is very rich, and there are restaurants that can be ordered all day during the day But the food is very average, but it is understandable because most of the guests go out to play during the day. Because of the structure, Bubble needs to be blown by air all the time, so it is noisier than UFO, but it is brighter because it is basically transparent and more One room, UFO is like a tent, and it feels more solid. When it rained heavily on the first night in Bubble, a little rain still seeped in. This is not good or bad, it depends on personal preference Let me talk about the points to pay attention to. First of all, it is a place that defrauds tourists. The drinks in the restaurant are all above 3JD, which is equivalent to 30 yuan for a bottle of Coke, and a plate of the simplest pasta costs more than 100 yuan. If you If you want to exchange money, the exchange rate given by the hotel is much lower than outside, because the hotel is in the desert, unless you are driving a four-wheel drive SUV, don't follow the navigation to drive inside! There is their meeting point at the motorway exit closest to the hotel, park there and let them pick you up! I was so focused on driving that I didn’t notice this, and as a result, I drove the car into the desert and ran aground according to the navigation. I called them to ask them to rescue them, but they insisted that I send them the location by WhatsApp. I said I didn’t even have it. How to send it to you! I explained several times that I used googlemap to get here from Petra, and now I am 10 minutes away from you, which is 4.7 kilometers away (Figure 4). You can follow the navigation on googlemap and walk backwards to find me, wouldn’t it be good? ! But they refused to listen to them, and asked me to send the address over and over again. After more than an hour, I gave up waiting and started hiking in the desert for more than one kilometer. I found a car and rescued me. A driver from another camp and his car The Russian tourist helped dig my car tires out of the sand and helped me drive the car to a place where I could see the camp, the big Russian guy asked me where I was from, I said China, then he said Russia and China We have always been good friends 👏, so cute! I finally arrived at the camp just like surviving in the wilderness, but no one cared about how I saved myself in the end! ? And complained that two cars lined up to find me! ? Because that afternoon I also arranged to see the performance on the train (included in the Jordan pass), which is actually not far from their meeting place. I want to pick up and drop off at the hotel because I don’t dare to drive anymore. They I asked for 40JD in cash, and I didn’t allow it to be recorded in the room. You know, I also asked for 40JD in cash when I traveled the next day. I said that I really only have 37JD left, and the driver said that’s ok, please take it carefully.

It was an amazing experience and very friendly staff I suggest this place to anyone looking for a unique experience they offered us to clean the room every day and they offered drinks as hospitality special thanks to everyone who wants always to help us all the time

This is a must if you are visiting Jordan! My family and I highly regret that we stayed only one day and night. We experienced an incredible day with Omar and his 8-year-old son Wisam. Wisam climbed on all the mountains and rocks with us and in the evening, after dinner, he asked us to play Uno which he played by his own, special rules :) He was genuinely one of the best parts of the trip! Omar was, except for his son, our favourite person we met in Jordan. When you meet him, you instantly feel trust towards him. He is a very smart and well-balanced person. The place they have built is lovely! It is much more luxurious than we had expected in the middle of the desert. The part we loved the most was the big tent where we were served dinner and breakfast. They have a big fireplace in the middle of the tent, everyone sits around, smokes shisha and talks. That way you get to spend time with the local people (Omar, Wisam, the chef and their friends who visited) and the other guests. Beautiful atmosphere! And one more win: the chef (unfortunately I forgot his name) made us the most delicious food we had in all of Jordan (and all the food in Jordan was already amazing)! So, if it's not clear by now, I LOVED the day in Wadi Rum organised for us by Omar. I hope I will get to come back!
