Family-friendly Hotels in Quanzhou

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

Facilities may be old, but the room is spacious and the toilet bowl with washing operates well. Breakfast is good and snacks, fruits and dessert are sent to room every day. Location is great as the hotel is near several places of interest and also many choices for dining nearby.

This time I came to Quanzhou, it coincided with Zhongshan Road Food Street. Enjoyed delicious snacks. Staying at this hotel impressed me much better than the hotel I stayed in Quanzhou last time. The hotel is quiet and the service is warm. The facilities are also good, mainly economical and affordable. It is very convenient to go to West Street, and the bus is only one yuan. I am impressed by the city of half a fireworks and half a fairy.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff .They are so warm and welcoming and very helpful. The head of housekeeping, a lovely woman, even brought me some of her own coffee and also brought me black tea for breakfast since I am a Laowei! 😉😇☘. The location is beautiful, by the lake, the hotel decor is exquisite, the hygiene standard is top class and inside and outside is splendidly maintained . Five stars for sure .Thank you to the kind staff once again. 🌺🙏🌺

We booked a parent-child room, which is very big. There are two children in the upper and lower bunks, so they don't have to squeeze with the adults. Everyone slept well. The only drawback is that it is too far from the city, but it is cost-effective. The breakfast room is large and rich, but the bread ingredients are still not as good as those in five-star hotels. I will choose it again if I have the chance to come again in the future!

Hidden treasure hotel, Aijun Group Binhai Hotel is really great! It has its own independent compound, convenient parking and transportation! There are discounts for soldiers and military families, all aspects of service are very good, the front desk service is really great! There is a building with rooms that has just been renovated this year, very new, and the facilities are also intelligent! The layout in the room is also comfortable to use! The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the noodle soup is delicious, and the sesame balls are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Very good stay experience! A good hotel that you must not miss when you come to Quanzhou!

1. The room is spacious and soundproof. The rooms along the street are not noisy. The downside is that I stayed for another day. After the aunt cleaned the room, the bathroom smelled moldy. I flushed it several times but it still smelled. 2. It is convenient for travel. It is next to Taihe Plaza and the Ferris wheel commonly known as the Eye of Quanzhou. It is close to shopping and eating. 3. The front desk staff is sloppy and not meticulous. The deposit was refunded in the wrong amount. I looked at the card deposit slip in the bill several times but couldn't see it. I had to check with her several times before I saw it. I was speechless.
