Horrible. Can only speak with them on the phone. They wanted too charge me again. Went to the concord. Best thing we did. They were rude when we called and could care less. Trip advisor should put them at the last resort to stay. Do sad close to the ship we were on oh well lesson learned.

Such a nice place to stay. Close to everything in and around Old Town Quebec City - history, shopping, food, riverfront. Comfortable bed, nice couch. Also nice having dining table. They could splurge and give you coffee to make. I mean - the coffee maker was there, just no coffee. That said we made good use of the kitchen making breakfast and a couple of simple dinners. Also I asked for a few extra items and every "ask" was met with a quick response. Would love to stay there again:)

Great location but very dark and austere rooms. One window looking at a brick wall 3feet away hard to know if sunny or rainy from inside. Metal tables and closet in main bedroom a loft so totally open no privacy and you can hear everything. Other bedroom again open had bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen but no instructions on where to buy groceries. For the price at least a bottle of water and first morning coffee would be nice. Might be great for some we won’t be back.

Location was great steps from many attractions and restuarants although it was at the bottom so required a lot of upward walking. They had laundry services but did not leave any detergent, and upon asking and saying they would provide, this never happened which made for an unecessary trip to the store. It was also challenging to store clothes and stuff even though we stayed in a 2 story loft. They would benefit from a unit with some drawers and more than the 2 provided hangers. The washrom was also very small. All in all, location and having 2 queen beds separated was why we booked here and these things mentioned could have made the stay much better.

Great Duplex, great location, easy access, helpful team, clean modern space. Stayed for 3 nights wish I’d booked more. Short walk to the old town and loads of nice restaurants within 100m walk. Great facilities, loads of towels, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer which was handy as we were on a tour of Canada.

Amazing location right in Champlain neighbourhood. Really close to parking and make sure you book parking ahead of time. The apartment was very spacious and the two bathrooms and many beds made everything really easy. Also appreciated the washer and dryer after rafting! Highly highly recommended.

The location of the loft was perfect! On the quieter side of lower QC, but a short, easy walk to the center of the action. The loft had everything we needed, except coffee. There is a coffee maker, just no actual coffee - so bring ground beans if you want coffee before venturing out for the day. Fortunately, there is a wonderful coffee shop a few blocks away, so it worked out great in the end!
