Room was clean but the sink was not draining easily.
Hallways and areas outside of the room need major cleaning and sprucing up.
Walking distance to university is a plus.
15 mn drive to old quebec.
Surrounded by decent places to eat.

Gym had very bad odours, our room was not complete, some electic wires was coming out of the walls. The staff was not welcoming at all.

L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un sérieux coup de rénovation. Mis à part l’accueil, tout est vieux et sombre . Mais tout est propre et la personne a l’accueil aimable .

Beaucoup de rénovations qui auraient du être faites dans la chambre réservée suite à un probable dégât d'eau antérieur du bain à remous. Les planchers gondolés, bas de murs et traînes non changés.
Devrait être mis au goût du jour.

Hotel vieux, vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dedans l’hôtel, vous réservez avec un supplément baignoire à jet. Cette dernière fuit et ne se remplie jamais.
