I booked a deluxe room. The room is clean and the air conditioning is good. However, the deluxe room does not have a fridge and the tv does not work. The hotel is right across SM Fairview and Ayala Malls, Robinsons and Landers are walking distance away.

This hotel is close to the Fairview large commercial center, and the surrounding living facilities are convenient!
But the hotel is too small, there is no elevator (they say the elevator is broken), no WIFI, very inconvenient.

The rooms are clean. At first glance, it looks like a normal business hotel. However, many Filipinos seem to use this hotel as a love hotel. It doesn't seem to be the kind of hotel where you make a reservation or pay in advance, so when I made a reservation and paid in advance by card, the staff was confused. Looking at the price list, it seems that the hotel rents rooms by the hour, not by night. There is no hot water in the shower. Breakfast is 165 pesos and is all-you-can-eat. All-you-can-eat Filipino food. It's cheap, but if you don't like Filipino food, you should avoid it.
