very nice hotel, easy access to to UP. i will definitely stay here again...

Had an awesome cozy and relaxing stay. Simple buffet breakfast but fillable to the stomach. A nice and friendly hotel for staycations.

Buffet is great. Very good service , convenient location

Perfect for family staycation. Amenities are ample and unassuming. Price is very reasonable. Stay is also perfect if you have scheduled meetings at UP Diliman and other nearby establishments. Our room was near water and ice dispenser which helped Senior parents conveniently get what they need. Pool at the rooftop can be enjoyed from morning up to 8PM. But they have to close the pool area when it rained. It’s a safety measure by the hotel to avoid accidents caused by lightning…

Location - it was near the event's place of our friend. Plus it is accessible. Service - it was above average. They even let me stay in my friends' room for a few hours (I made the booking for them). Staff were courteous and helpful. Cleanliness - it was okay. Nothing spectacular. Amenities - they offer a lot for their guests. Sad though that my friends were not able to maximize the amenities.

The location and the food was excellent. There were much no amenities and laundry services.

Staffs are approachable

Location: Cleanliness: only provided bath towels. We had to ask for a face towel and didn't bother to ask for a hand towel since we only stayed for 2 nights. The mat towel looked dirty. If it was newly washed, they should not use that anymore for the rooms. It should be used for rags instead. *Volt - it errored out the first time we set it up. We requested service, luckily someone came to repair it in a few minutes. *Room Card - it requires leaving the room card inside the card reader to turn on the electric power of the room, it malfunctioned so someone had to come in to repair it. Service: The toilet was clogged. We requested to service it. No one came while we were in the room. We had to leave to attend a party. When we came back at night, the toilet was still clogged. We called for service, but still, no one came. We had to call again the front desk. Then finally someone came. The front desk didn't voluntarily give us a map where places to eat and shop nearby the hotel. We had to ask instead. Facilities: The lobby was very disappointing. The lounge/seating area looks like we were in the bank. No couches to relax and lounge. No Gym. Location: Surrounding the building is clean, clean road. It's a short driving distance to the shopping malls and public markets.

All in all for the price, stay was good. They can improve on cleanliness for the room and the pool.

I like the rooms

Everything is okay. I was just expecting more variants on their breakfast buffet

Great hotel with nice aircon room, we stay at 6th floor and small swimming pool at the roof deck, more parking areas and not so crowded, near INC templo, very accomodating staff and hotel employees.. I love most is the buffet breakfast.. Sure will be coming back to this hotel..

The 3rd best hotel. Masaya ako dahil masaya siya. Masaya talaga.
