Nice and cozy room during my stay. tho i had some problems with my wifi.

There’s no doubt the location is awesome because it is accessible to all the restaurants and to the mall. However, the service is not good. I requested 3 times with different requests each time and no one came to our room. The elevator sucks, it was consistently only 2 lift are working throughout our stay and is always full due events and elevator are not in sync which makes us wait 15-30mins each time. It is frustrating. Hopefully they practice express checkout as well.

Good location in Quezon City, accessible to restaurants and malls.

Room is clean and newly renovated. It is near the mall and many restaurants around the area.

Pros: This hotel is very accessible to Eastwood Mall and City Walk. Receptionist are very fast to answer my phone calls. Check out was a breeze - not sure because I checked out super early in the morning. Cons: Outdated hotel. Needs serious improvement. I arrived at around 1 pm and was told that the room is not ready until 2pm, they said they would call me but no phone calls were made and I was only able to go to my room at past 3pm. Some of the security guards are helpful, some are not. They didn’t even offer to help bring my luggage and stuff to my room which is at the 31st floor. The elevators are very slow and very narrow. The room was dirty and the beddings have stains. Also, the toilet seat has scratches. The blinds in the shower area was stuck and was damped in water. Towels are not soft, no bathrobes, room slippers are not usable. The windows were were very dirty. Sockets are loose. AC control is useless, the buttons are even damaged. The TV has a very low volume for cable channels. I wish other hotels are as prime as its location.

I requested to transfer to a room with a view since the room airconditioner equipment occupied the balcony and blocking our view to see the eastwood city. We were not transfered another room since it was fully booked :( I have 2 kids and they always want to see city view ang lights from the hotel room.

The hotel's proximity to Eastwood Mall made it incredibly convenient. The spacious rooms added to the overall comfort, making our experience enjoyable.

My husband and I checked in from Dec 14-16 and we enjoyed how the location of the hotel was in the heart of the city itself, was walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants within the area. The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect, the services as well were great, all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. A comment only on the lifts - sometimes only 1 or 2 working ones out of the 3 were operating and there were moments were the lift would skip our floor and we had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be able to catch one. We found it odd how a lunch/dinner reception was happening right in front of the check in counter blocking the entrance, and we had to enter/exit through the sides, but i guess the other ballrooms were full. The breakfast was good, we loved the yummy food that was served in the mornings. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again thanks to the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, thanks for making our stay seamless!

The hotel was super clean, extremely comfortable and nice. We had an individual king suite. The air conditioner fan speed wasn’t staying up in our bedroom. The location was perfect- it’s connected to the mall.

It was nice. the staff and their services are also great. Great for staycation!

The hotel did not disappoint. The location is the best! Hotel staff are friendly and all familiar. Goes to show that people are staying. Room is more spacious than before.

We had a great time in the hotel. The staff are polite and generous. They even upgraded our room without extra fee. Looking forward to stay here again

The hotel is connected within the mall which made it accessible to all restaurants and shops. The room is clean. They have gym and pool area but I think there is only a specific time of use. Overall, the stay is nice and we would love to stay again.

We enjoyed the whole place itself. Very convenient near the mall, staff are all friendly and accomodating.
