Really enjoyed staying here. The room isquite big enough for 2 people, should have divided the room into 2 parts. The staffs are friendly and accommodatimg!

We enjoyed our stay there. Location is great. Spacious however it is better if they put at least a sofa, because the room is very plain. Aircon is not the cold. Breakfast is good as well. Were not able to utilize the pool due to schedule. This place is good if you only want to rest.

When we checked in, the pool is not available until the next day. The television didn't work. They tried to fix it but wasn't successful, they never came back and apologize. No one answers on the phone when you call the front desk for assistance, you have to go down and tell it to them personally.

Location is great as it is very accessible to MRT North Ave station as well as shopping malls such Trinoma and SM North Edsa. Room is very spacious. Room is provided with complementary toothbrush, soap and tissue roll. Bath towel is also provided.

Room is very spacious for the price! You will really get your monies worth with this accommodation. Location is okay. Just some few minutes walk from Trinoma and SM North. It is accesible through public transport as well - jeepneys, buses are passing through the area. Staffs are great - kind and accommodating. Breakfast is available - just ala carte. Choice of Filipino breakfast. Affordable but not too fancy. Hot shower and toiletries are available. Some amenities in the room just needs upgrading. Overall, a great stay for a very cheap price. Will surely book again.

Not working TV, closed balcony, plain room design

The room is clean. However, there was no toilet paper, we needed to call the hotel's attention only then did they inform us that the toilet paper is still in transit from delivery. Also, aircon needs improvement, room is not well ventilated

All good and d clean but swimming pool has a fee which is a big disappointment

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. The service was not expected. Front desk staff are bit off. All ameneties have to pay including extra bedsheet and the kettle. There is no water bottle everyday or they forgot. You cannot use even the parking space in front. They charge you parking fee if you get in their basement. Have trouble in the parking here. The location is quite nice just near the trinoma or sm north where you can have MRT. The room are quite actually spacious. The only problem is the staff.
