Location - it was near the event's place of our friend. Plus it is accessible.
Service - it was above average. They even let me stay in my friends' room for a few hours (I made the booking for them). Staff were courteous and helpful.
Cleanliness - it was okay. Nothing spectacular.
Amenities - they offer a lot for their guests. Sad though that my friends were not able to maximize the amenities.

Rating this spot a lot of stars because it was really good for its price! I stayed at OYO 791 for 3 nights for Wanderland and it was really comfortable. The room I booked had a window facing east, so I got to have some sun while I woke up. The bathroom was very clean and there was hot water and toiletries too. Also got 3 bottles of water for free!
Protip: if you'd like to have breakfast, they offer affordable meals at the canteen! The staff are super nice.
Docking only 1 point because the room didn't have a mirror anywhere, and it was a lil hard to do my makeup. But overall a perfect place to stay if you're traveling on a budget! Great location too--near SM North.

We have stayed in Fersal Hotel several times in the past. There are government agencies and shopping malls nearby. Every stay always made us happy, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Unfortunately, the cable channels they provided were not very useful. You have a hard time finding a news channel or you want to find a channel that broadcasts the ongoing World Cup. The front desk said all the channels we saw on the TV screen were available (even specific channels that were listed on the menu shown on the TV screen to watch the World Cup were also available). So if you plan to have a TV as a companion when you are going to rest and relax in the hotel, Fersal Kalayaan is not very suitable for you. Breakfast is good. It has a higher occupancy rate in the same type of hotel.

We stayed in Verjandel Hotel in Quezon City for three nights. We used their conference room for our two-day training for young people. I was accommodated to this big and comfy room on the third floor of the hotel. The room was clean as well as the comfort room. The food is delicious. They have a restaurant and a bar just when you enter the main door of the building. They also have a gym at the second floor. I got a little problem in the internet connection because during that time, the facility was fully booked. So, a lot of people are connected to their free wifi. But, the guy from the front desk office assisted me on my connection issue. But then, over-all, it was a good place to stay.

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. Pictures attached were from Landmark on the day of checked-in

the gelato at indulge was SO good
con
arrived at 4pm, and yet my room was not ready for check-in
released by 5 pm :S
front desk explained they were at 100% occupancy
fully understand but management will need to look into housekeeping perhaps ??
front desk advised me to ask for late check out to compensate the delay
was offered comp late check out until 1 pm only next day
i had to kindly ask if they could extend until 2pm and they agreed
on another note, in-room dining bit slow
ordered bottled drinks and cutleries at midnight and was advised it will take 45-60 mins! i offered i will just get it from the restaurant downstairs as i could not wait that long but they insisted it will be delivered and they managed to get it down to 20 mins -fine by me
also ordered in the morning, took them almost half an hour to deliver 2 bottles of water..
AARTHUR RChecking in was a breeze as it was done at the reception on the Club floor. The reception staff were excellent in helping me to check in seamlessly and arrange for my luggage to be sent to the corner suite that I booked for my stay. The suite was large and the furnishings were fairly new. The bedroom especially was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a separate toilet cubicle and shower stall aside from a bathtub. It even had a walk in wardrobe. It was also tidy and clean. Furthermore, the reception staff on the club floor were excellent and attended to all my needs and accomodated my requests throughout my stay. The hotel is in a bit of a secluded location but it is convenient as it adjoins a small mall. The only negative was that the view from my suite was not exactly pleasant as it overlooked an impoverished neighborhood amidst the upcoming tower blocks of apartments and offices in the area. On the whole, I was very satisfied with my stay and will be returning to the hotel upon my return to Manila in the following month or two.
SstivmooreIf you’re looking for an affordable hotel with a cozy environment, then this hotel is highly recommended. I love the choice of food for its breakfast buffet and the comfort of their bed is something to look forward to. I will definitely go back and stay in this Hotel.
GGuest UserHere are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.
AAnn.AvvanWe booked two rooms using Trip.com. I’m happy this is the platform I used as the price doubled when you book directly with hotel. Plus, I chose room with breakfast, and guest what, it is a buffet breakfast and my family enjoyed so much.
GGuest UserI hope they check and maintain the room event if we got it at an affordable price. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky. We have to call the front desk to really have it moped and swipe. The bathroom was also not pleasant to use as it has an awful smell coming from the drainage. The chair that was there was even in a very and condition. The only nice about this place is the staff and the doorman who always smiles, location as it's near the mall. This will be the first and last stay with this hotel.
AAnonymous User1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay.
The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay.
In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.
AAnonymous UserOverall, my stay at Astrotel Cubao Hotel was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities one would need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for accessing transportation and nearby attractions. However, the noise level from the surrounding area could be a bit disruptive at times. Overall, a good budget option for a short stay in Cubao.
