Seaside Boutique Resort Quy Nhon

The seaside boutique resort has several inefficiencies which I list: 1. At the time of entry according to Seaside protocol the allocated piece NOt is ready to receive visits 2. The staff did not repay the consumption and the bread always present an angry state during the 4 days of my stay 3. The beach is dirty with cigarette slices, plastic bags and packs and other mugs. Nobody cleans it for my 4 days of stay. Photos available with the Hotel's background. 4.El The pool jacuzzi doesn't work, after insisting for 2 days I can make some of your water jets work in regular conditions. 5. The staff does not understand English and communication is disastrous The problems are being solved very slowly with a manager via messages and that is not present to see the problems. 6. They prohibit the entry of drinks to the resort with fine of 1.000.000 Dong, but the resort No drinks Without Sugar What is not understood this prohibition 7. You have a lot to be category 5 stars gives you only for 3 stars +. Location with a nice, but not working properly, for local people may be but not for international tourists 8. Price per night is very high compared to what you get as service. 9. The problem that I swept the water glass, the piece shower was swallowing water less by the shower. With a person to shower, the bathroom floor was full of water and swallowed, very dangerous by accident. The same day they came to fix it.
Grand Hyams Hotel - Quy Nhon Beach

I've traveled all over the world and stayed at many international hotels, but for me, the Grand Hyams Hotel in Quy Nhon surpasses any hotel I've stayed at before. All the receptionists here are very professional, beautiful, and always quick to assist whenever I need help. 10/10 is not enough for this hotel. This has been a memorable vacation for me, and I will definitely return to Grand Hyams and Quy Nhon many times.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover and it was perfect. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and had a clean and spacious room for us ready when we arrived. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and there is a very nice pool and rooftop bar. The location is perfect, the city is not too big so everything is relativly close by. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in a few minutes. The only remark I have is about the communication with the hotel. Messages via Instagram gave me the answers I needed. My e-mails where unanswered.
Anantara Quy Nhon Villas

This hotel could be a contender for top hotels around the world, it is very similar experience to 6th senses/Rosewood, but it is small only 25 villas making it quiet, relaxed and exclusive. The rooms are devine, all with pools, the hotel itself is beautifully set on the coast, the service is excellent, unassuming you hardly see the staff but they are always there when you need the, topping up drinks, offering towels, opening doors. The breakfast is excellent, they will make you want you want, dinner was amazing (although choices would get repetitive if here for more than a week), the WiFi is super fast and the water is free, and the other complimentary services were very generous, free cocktails 4 to 5, free high tea etc, drinks are also very well priced e.g £8 for a cocktail, so you don’t feel you are being ripped off. the spa was also a real treat. I can’t fault this hotel/ the experience and really recommend it, they deserve to do well.
Mento Hotel Quy NHON

Our family stayed here for one week. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially the front desk. The buffet breakfast was decent. There were several things we were not happy about and hope that the hotel will work to improve it. One problem is that the hallways on each floor is an open-air concept, so noise from the busy street gets echoed throughout the hotel. We were there during the end of the wet season so it rained quite a bit, allowing mosquitoes to come in. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street and near some karaoke bars so there was loud music playing every night until midnight. The open-air concept definitely doesn’t help block out the noise. The second problem is the smoking. For some reason the hotel allows guests to smoke inside. There are ashtrays in every room. On many nights the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms travelled to our rooms through the air vents. It was very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also interesting. One morning they knocked on the door at 7am to clean our room but we were still asleep. The service should be improved. One of our rooms had ants so rooms had to be changed. This service needs improvement as rooms aren’t really cleaned every day. Overall because this is a fairly new hotel it definitely still needs some work. Hope this review helps management improve the service.
